Very quick and easy process from purchasing to picking them up…

I have heard horror g stories about buying 3rd party concert tickets, however, StubHub couldn't have been any easier worked out any better than it did fir our tickets. Everything was exactly as described & easy to access tickets to attend Vince Gill.

I had a very disappointing experience with StubHub.

I purchased tickets believing the price shown during checkout was the final amount. At no point did I clearly see that more than €100 in additional taxes and fees would be added before completing my purchase. Had the full price been displayed transparently, I would not have proceeded with the purchase.

I contacted customer support immediately after receiving the confirmation email and noticing the unexpected charges. At that point, I had not yet received the tickets and asked if my order could be cancelled. My request was refused without any meaningful investigation into whether there had been a technical issue with the checkout process.

The support team was unhelpful and dismissive. Rather than looking into why the final amount was not clearly displayed, they simply repeated their policy and offered no solution. The interaction felt rude and lacking in empathy.

Customers deserve complete price transparency before committing to a purchase. If there was a technical issue that prevented the final taxes and fees from being displayed, it should have been investigated instead of ignored.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend StubHub due to the lack of pricing transparency and poor customer service.

Amazing show great seats easy transfer…pricey but get what you pay for!

I bought tickets to one of the suites in the field level and the tickets never got sent to me and then when I called up for them to replace the tickets of equal or better value, they would only offer me seats that were half as good. they cost half the amount of money, even though I spent twice as much money on the seats and then the supervisor named Fred had no way to do anything whatsoever to help me out and I drove two hours to the stadium. I’m stuck outside the stadium for over an hour and a half cause I can’t get in because they won’t send me the barcode from the tickets that I spent and then on top of that they refuse to give me seats that are equal or better what good is giving me a refund? I drove all the way to the stadium that spent $50 to park they totally screwed me and not only should I be compensated but compensated for all the trouble wasting two hours of my life getting nowhere and then having to come into the stadium late so we missed getting bobble heads and we got to the stadium two hours early so we would have that! The supervisor Freid was a useless moron that was literally lying to me, saying that there was a supervisor, but then he didn’t have a supervisor. He couldn’t even get his own story straight and saying that there were no tickets in the whole stadium that they owned that they could give us in replacement that were equal or better as I’m looking on the website and seeing hundreds of tickets. I want StubHub to get me one of those bobble heads. This is not fair.

The price of the tickets were not bad. The weather was expected due to the heat wave North Carolina has been having since the middle of May. The show was excellent 👍🏾

The process was seamless, I received my tickets quickly and had a great time at the show

I was very scared not to receive the tickets on time ,, so i spoke to the customer service and i would like yo thank Robert for his amazing service as he called me to confirm that i will recieve them on time and that my seller was reputable ,, the seats i got were super perfect and the price was very reasonable .. and i got to see BTS so upclose and had the best time of my life .. thanks

Great tix. All good. Only issue is that it’s pretty scary to not get tix til a few hours before a show

The venue was great! Our seats were great! We were able to have an overall great hassle-free experience. Loved Mary's show format - her testimony is inspiring!!!

I BOUGHT TICKETS TO A BRAVES GAME AND THE TICKETS I PURCHASED INCLUDED FOOD AND ALCOHOL. THE SELLER WAS NOT ABLE TO DELIVER AND STUB HUB OFFERED ME TICKETS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE TICKETS I PURCHASED. I WILL NEVER USE STUB HUB AGAIN!!!!!!

Honestly, the only great thing was Natalie's help. She was professional and very reliable and helpful. Besides that Stubhub's app and website made it very difficult to communicate with anyone in person and if it weren't for my bank statement showing your phone number, I would've not been successful contact you guys. Dealing with a "real" person made the difference. Thank you again Natalie.

To be clear, the tickets themselves for the actual show were fine and the venue itself was good. The poor feedback relates specifically to the so-called "Parking Passes" only. First of all, the location of the Paid Parking spot was literally half a mile from the venue itself. The parking lot was also very cramped with poorly designed spaces and it was completely impossible for me to leave my spot at the end of the evening. I needed to wait until adjacent cars had left before I had room to leave and I was effectively stuck due to the poor design of the parking venue. Do not use them again. I suppose it is partially my fault for not having mapped out the location relative to the venue prior to purchase but the passes themselves were represented as though they were preferred upgrades and it was the absolute worst location I could have possibly selected for parking.

Amazing experience watching two power house international soccer teams. Loved the stadium atmosphere & the passionate soccer fans

Never again will I purchase anything from this vendor.

Had an event that they offered and so I bought the tickets through them and a couple days before the event they refunded partial of my payment and didn’t sell me the tickets.

They never gave me a full refund and wanted me to pay the full price for the tickets.

Terrible vendor. Don’t buy from them at all!

It was 100-108Deg while in Vegas this July. Leaving The Sphere whether it’s GA or Venetian Bridge is a nightmare. So I decided to drive my car over from the Venetian! Best decision I could have made! Get Parking LOT A (closest to Sphere). I bought a resale ticket that was $108 ticket for $58 couple days before concert. So happy! AC car back to Hotel and no lines! 😃 🚙 🙌🏼

I bought a parking pass for a concert in Baltimore that clearly stated "M&T Bank Stadium Lots". The total for parking for ONE EVENING was $170. When I received the parking pass it was for parking in a Hilton Hotel garage nearly 1 mile from the stadium! I contacted customer service and they wouldn't do anything, only telling me that its in the fine print that it just has to be within 10 minute walking distance of the venue. Total BS!!! It clearly said STADIUM LOTS!

Everything went smoothly and we had a great time!
