An easy to navigate app with thousands of luxury high end designer products at pocket friendly prices

Yoox is a great website until something goes wrong. This is the second time we face the same issue. You update your delivery address in the MYOOX settings, and then the delivery is automagically still set to your old address in the basket. Once is a user error but the same thing happened 2 years ago last time I moved. It's shown in very small print in checkout so you miss it. Then the customer service support is so incredibly useless, they will give you a different reason why they cannot do anything about this everytime you reach out to them.

I hate to publicly shame a company which I have used so many times in the past, but this mix of terrible UI + useless customer service really drags their name through the mud.

After 2 months still working on receiviing a refund, never experienced such a bad e-commerce experience and customer service. Frustrating customer service experience.

Avoid this company!! They refuse parcels and refunds! I have returned some items and the parcel was returned to me at the local shop which I was unaware of. Then second time returning with some new labels the company have rejected the return yet again. They refuse to contact the UPS couriers to resolve this when it is their returns label and ultimately their responsibility. I have done everything as a customer carrying out a normal return but they are refusing to deal with this. Unless you want to shop at an untrustworthy retailer I would avoid at all costs.

They start using Amazon shipping, instead of UPS. Despite extra cost that I paid, they use Amazon ground ship to CA which took 6 business days. Use to be overnight air ship by UPS but now ground ship, even I paid extra. It seems down grade service to me.

I placed an order by mistake and emailed YOOX to cancel it just 10 seconds later. They refused to cancel and did nothing to help. They shamelessly claimed the order had already been shipped. In 10 seconds? This is a scam and an insult to customers’ intelligence.

Their customer service is terrible. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Never buy from these scammers.

The best Selection in Any Town! I receive rave reviews for my style now... and it's all because I buy from YOOX! The YOOX store brand is the highest quality, best fit, best style of any brand in their range. I won't shop anywhere else. Do yourself and your wardrobe a favor and download this app!

Shocking. Absolutely shocking. Between UPS and these guys, the proverbial activity in a brewery could not be organised. Absolutely not worth the hassle.

They use poor quality couriers that broke, tampered and open the parcel. The item inside wasn’t what I ordered and after complaint on the customer service chat it was returned to yoox which should’ve resulted with the refund.
Instead yoox warehouse is sending some insane emails that it’s not their product.
UPS stole it and now I can’t get refund.
It’s really annoying.
