Quick and helpful very pleasant staff

MOT carried out quickly and efficiently at the time I had booked. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Easy to book online, knowledgeable staff, very pleased with the work undertaken. Have used Protyre Rhyl for tyres for a number of years and now will have my cars serviced there.

Mike and Lee were amazing. I needed a tyre to be swapped out urgently as I needed to travel North. The tyre was ordered and the supplier sent the wrong tyre. Mike and Lee could not do enough to get me a replacement that AM which they did. They truly went out of their way to get it sorted that morning which they did. They were aware of my family emergency in the North and pulled out all the stops to assist. They truly were genuine and put my situation first. I recommend them over anywhere else. Great team that care. Thank you.

For the past 4 years the MOT's for our cars been done at ProTyre Plymouth Clare Place, always received outstanding service, good communication, very polite.

Booked in for MOT and service at 10:30, arrived and booked car in. Phone call at 11:20 asking where my car was as I had it booked in.

Phone call to tell me additional work required at 15:20, (new belt for alternator and new tyre £180) another phone call at 17:00 to tell me they have overrun and the MOT won't be completed today...??!?!? Agreed to leave car there as MOT would be done at 09:30 (although they open at 08:30). I've phoned them for an update - only just starting the MOT at 10:50...over 24 hours after leaving my car with them. Should be ready in 45 mins....oh another call, won't be ready for at least 2 to 3 hours as there's a car stuck on the ramp...!!!

What a shambles, no customer service and no actual service provided. Will not use again.

Good price efficnt svc only letdown was a dirty tyre fitter, so I had to clean the beige leather from the oily mess.
Free coffee; however, no cups, so not very good to offer free coffee if you have no cups.
Recommend yes - go use these guys with confidence.

My Hyundai started overheating suddenly. We were due to take our grandchildren home next day and needed a same day repair. I tried 2 other garages before Pro tyres both were unhelpful. At Protyres Matt on reception was extremely helpful and arranged the repair same afternoon for a fair price. Really delighted with the level of service and will use again.
