Everything was amazing again. Price, booking process, the fitter. It's so good that all I have to do is lift my mouse, pay a small fee and I have two new tyres for the same price as driving, waiting and driving.

I had my exhaust fitted approximately 2 years ago at Kwik Fit. Recently, l had an intermittent rattle, which seemed to be coming from under my car. I phoned the Bitterne branch, which I've used for years, and asked if they would look at exhaust to see if rattle was coming from there.
I booked it in for 9am on 26th July. After a long wait l was informed it was my silencer. I was surprised but took their word for it. l had another long wait as part had to be delivered . Over 2 hours later and a bill of £246 l finally left. Sadly within days the intermittent rattle returned . I was rather upset. I finally got my mobile mechanic to look at it and he found the cause nothing to do with the exhaust . I feel l was mislead for being a lady pensioner an easy target to get a sale. I will never use you again sadly , after years of satisfactory service.

Have used twice and any time you go to Kwik Fit it seems they will claim all your tires need changing regardless of what you came in for. Their prices are extremely changeable too. They changed their quote to me by almost £100 so pricing is a bit arbitrary. I discovered that the tires they put on are not the approved tires for the brand which they never mentioned. My alloys came back scratched but they claim it has nothing to do with them. Zero help from customer service. Will not be making a 3rd visit.

Being my local garage of choice - I've had problems with small specialists that are supposed to be better, but not always true in my experience! - I took my Audi SQ5 to Eastbourne Kwik Fit for a free air-con check earlier today. However, upon arriving, Mark said all they do is turn it on, and if it's cold, it's working! Fair enough, but since I was there, I requested a regas instead as it's been a couple of years since last done.

I returned an hour later to see the machine hooked up, only to be told it had tested perfectly fine and to return in six months if it started to blow warm. Mark explained there was no charge, even for the hooking up! Many garages would have charged for this, even if nothing was actually done.

I'm writing this as I'm more than happy to be told there was no charge. I can think of a certain Audi specialist in Eastbourne that would have sent me an alarming text message, supposedly advising multiple faults and warnings, while trying to squeeze me of several thousands for work that almost certainly wouldn't have needed doing.

I know majors sometimes get a bad rep, but tbh, I've never had a problem with Eastbourne Kwik Fit and have always been more than happy for them to look after my high performance SQ5 and SLK.

Got an appointment the same day and repair carried out while I waited. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Online booking service is very straightforward; communications (emails & SMS messages) were clear and timely; the technician was professional, helpful and very efficient. First class service from start to finish.

While holidaying near Oswestry recently,had a fretful day pumping up a tyre that my car computer continually said was low on pressure.Returning to hotel noticed the Oswestry Kwik Fit and pulled in. Immediately offered two slots for an examination and took the one for early next morning. The examination was quick (!) and discovered the fault lay with the valve. Replaced in no time flat and I was informed there would be no charge. Where elsewhere does that happen? Thank you to all the team who were involved.
