Easy to order online then collected from store the next day

Efficient service, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Needed a new car battery fitting and coding and the whole process from booking to completion was great.

Right product. Right price.

Went into my local Halfords to collect a Click & Collect item. Young staff at the till swearing because they couldn't get something to work properly. When they got my order it was the wrong item that had been picked, so I had to wait while they found the correct item.

The staff at Gosport are fantastic and done a fantastic job fitting my new dash camera. Thank you 😊

Debbie was really good to me on the till, letting me know how I could save more money on my trip, and Brady gave me friendly, knowledgable assistance when I was picking up some last-minute parts for my brake pad job.

Purchased a Road Angel Halo Pro 2k (award winning!) dashcam and had it fitted.

Reviews of the dashcam were encouraging. Appointment was made for fitting.

On collection (all at appointed time - well done!), I inserted an SD card as instructed but couldn't get connection to the app.

Return visit to the store revealed that rear camera had been installed upside down (i.e. not tested) and connection to the app was established.

However, it doesn't remain connected for more than a couple of minutes. It suggested to me that I give the camera a wobble from time to time to get connection. This can't be right.

Another visit to the store is coming up.

The Staff are very helpful, and product knowledge was excellent plus the parts I needed were on the shelf .

Good customer care and knowledgeable about the oil I needed

Checked out the model and price of a new battery for my Ford Fiesta, made an appointment one hour ahead, turned up at their Kirkstall store and was dealt with by a very polite young man and lady who said to come back in 30-45 mins and so I went to do some shopping and when I returned my keys were handed to me and the car, which was in the parking spot that I left it, was ready to drive away. Great service, would highly recommend.

Visited Cribbs Causeway branch today to collect an online order. I was greeted by a young lady who gave me a very genuine warm smile and was super efficient with getting my order for me. I failed catch this ladies name, however, for the management to pass on the fact that she is a credit to Halfords, she had strawberry/red hair and some facial studs.
