Checked out the model and price of a new battery for my Ford Fiesta, made an appointment one hour ahead, turned up at their Kirkstall store and was dealt with by a very polite young man and lady who said to come back in 30-45 mins and so I went to do some shopping and when I returned my keys were handed to me and the car, which was in the parking spot that I left it, was ready to drive away. Great service, would highly recommend.

My car would'nt start at my supermarket car park and I contacted RAC who informed me that they would arrive asap but it was a busy Bank Holiday Monday. I was kept informed of their ETA and when Jordan, operative 3501, arrived, he very quickly diagnosed the problem, charged up the ailing battery and informed me of their service to replace old batteries with new on a home visit and booked me in and I was on my way home very quickly after a comprehensive and efficient breakdown service, with which I am very pleased and would thoroughly recommend.

RAC patrol man Wayne, ID:4187, arrived very quickly, was polite and helpful and had my car running again in no time, so all in all a 1st Class Service.

Out of my 3 suppliers so far Tonik has been the best. Easy to check how much energy you use and whether or not you are in credit, by logging onto their site, also easy to give a monthly reading. Tonik is also compatible with my existing Smart Meter supplied by my previous energy company, so no problems there. I am now paying the same amount monthly that I was paying British Gas 15 years ago, and 30% less than I was paying Scottish Power two years ago.

Cleared the property in no time, very efficient and reasonable charges, would recommend.
