Great service from Clearabee.

Sent photos, was given a price and booked this company. Shortly afterwards an email to say that having reviewed the photos they required a further payment of £130. I paid up and on the day booked no one turned up. I had taken the day off work as well. They turned up the following day and said there was more rubbish than they thought, I explained I had sent photos from every angle and paid the additional amount requested. I was then told there wasn't enough room in the van and as it was Friday they would be back on Monday for the rest. As I anticipated no one turned up. Do not use this company.

Company gave a good time scale for collection with an update when the driver was actually on his way to us. Arrived promptly and both of your colleagues where professional and polite.

The Clearabee rubbish uplift staff were friendly, efficient and did an excellent job removing all the rubbish. They also arrived early and completed very fast, would highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I paid £290 for them to pick up 2 sofas .I paid for collection between 8-1 pm and turned up 2 hours late.
They sent one person to remove items .so I had to help get items out.
Very bad company!!!
Paid all that money to do myself.
Do not use!!!!

Very good experience, had an item removed from my home and it was done quickly and promptly. Once we'd discussed what needed to be done they got it done straight away no problems or hassle while keeping me informed at the same time.

Easy to book and great communicating by e-mail and mobile. They also accommodated a pick up by 5pm as we are in an office when the slot was 12 to 8pm. Definitely will use them again and highly reccommend.
