Great service, helpful advice

Choosing the floor covering was easy as the rep had good project knowledge.
The ordering process was straightforward as well.

The friendly service provided by Gavin in the Stevenage store to the excellent job from the fitting guys. Everything is perfect.

Terrible service! Went into showroom Guildford various sales assistants spoke to a young man went through all our details and said he would send us a quote, it never came so we went back in a few weeks later spoke to a different person who arranged the measurer to come round he seemed to know what he was talking about waited for them to contact but nothing arrived, went back into showroom, finally got a quote, went back in to change colour to darker carpet and they didn't have any records of measurements, went to farnborough too! Lots of staff with nothing to do. Wont be using them!

A very good range of flooring, plenty of styles and colours to choose from, very helpful staff at the Stevenage branch, I was kept upto date at every stage, the 2 fitters arrived on the day and promptly got on with the job, they were very courteous and helpful. They kept in mind with my wishes and were very quick and very tidy.....leaving the room looking very good at the end, even hoovered thoroughly. This was the second time we have used Tapi and it will be the third time in a few months when the next room is ready

Having previously used Tapi for separate orders on stairs and landing, order for main bathroom, order for ensuite, order for kichen, order for ground floor entrance, order for front reception room, and this recent order for rear reception room we wont be using Tapi again.
We feel the price was over inflated which we questioned, the fitter was diferent than the other occassions and not the same standard.
We still have three rooms to renew flooring and wont be using Tapi.
In our opinion the price and service was not upto previous levels and the manager Mike wasnt exactly customer focused.
Shame but time to move away from Tapi as consistency has altered.

Great experience with Tapi Carpets & Floors at Ford Kinnaird. They put in new laminate flooring for my elderly aunt and they were brilliant from start to finish. Howard, who did the measuring up and provided the estimate was excellent; the Tapi team were helpful and responsive at all times; and Gavin Haynes, who did the actual fitting, was fantastic too. We needed the job completed as quickly as possible and Tapi did everything they possibly could to make that happen. I highly recommend Tapi to others.

From start to finish everyone we dealt with was very customer focussed. The Dorking showroom were knowledgeable, helpful but not “pushy”. The estimator (Graham) gave very sound advice and helped us decide on final choice of flooring. Jackie from the Guildford showroom kept us fully informed and both the LVT and carpet fitters were excellent. Ten out of ten for fitting and leaving the house spotless! Particular praise for Connor the LVT fitter - in every respect a star!

Every single member of staff in Tapi uddingston have been excellent. They could not have been more helpful and friendly, from the sales staff to the fitters. We are delighted with our flooring. Thank you.

As a family we were undergoing a major refurb in our home. My wife and I were undecided as was our teenage son. We were spoilt for choice, had so many questions and expectations. From the outset the sales rep Perry was was so patient and professional. He explained all our options, did not apply the usual sales push and was very accommodating throughout. We visited the store weekly with queries and questions and every time Perry gave us the Royal treatment. We now have a beautifully carpeted home that we have all agreed on - will definitely be back for the next project. Thank you Perry, you are a credit to Tapi carpets.
