The person who served us was very welcoming and helpful. Easy to get along with and warm.

We had a fantastic experience in DFS this evening. I was with my 10 year old daughter, we were treated so well and given all the appropriate information. I love the sofa we went for and it was ordered in a timely way.

I’m so excited for our new sofa to arrive.

Staff member was very helpful and measured everything for me. Gave me advice, recommendations and alternative options. Was clear about pricing and comparisons and got everything done very quickly because I was in a hurry.

The shop was bright, welcoming and easy to navigate. We had a rough idea of what we wanted, but Brian took us through all the options and worked with us to ensure we were totally satisfied with our choice. He was very friendly polite, positive and patient. His advice was sound and level headed and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Warm welcome with no hard sell or up sell

We met kerry who was so warm and knowledgeable about the suite I was interested in and was very pleasant talking me through everything such a lovely sales assistant who made my visit very enjoyable.

Mary Meenaghan was so helpful! Very on the ball and a credit to the company.

Thomas helped myself and my grandmother pick out a new kitchen table. He made the entire process easy and simple and was very kind and welcoming.

Good selection of sofas to look at at reasonable prices and interest free credit available. Easy going staff and we didn't feel hounded whilst browsing. We dealt with Colin who was friendly, knowledgeable and informative - a great asset to the Stockport store. Easy to order and have been kept updated since ordering with tracking/delivery info. Update received today to say the sofa is expected 2 weeks earlier than originally stated - here's hoping!

Very dissapointed I paid cash just under 1300 very dissapointed ive had sofa from dfs for over 20 years this expirence is last one ill ever buy. Poor customer service seat cushions too soft as is back ones no shape bitterly dissapointed
I live on own work full time hardly sit on it and its not comfortable at all this was big mistake paying cash because if id of had finance I would of cancelled payment untill the issues was resolved

Awful, awful company. Told us express delivery expect in 10 days, 2 weeks later and still no delivery and no sign as yet when the "its in stock so trust us it will be no problem" will be delivered.

Very helpful, purchase was really straightforward. He kept asking if we'd like a hot drink.

I was able to look at the sofas without being pounced on (I normally leave shops when being harassed by staff), when I found what I wanted I called over a member of staff who was very helpful and professional, I am very happy with my purchases and the customer service that I recieved.

The Sales Person, Louise, was helpful, pleasant, informative, professional and efficient. She made us aware of all the appropriate options relating to our purchase making decisions easy.
The shop itself was laid out beautifully and smelt fresh and airy.
The cup of coffee completed an excellent experience.
