5* for Madeleine!
5* for Madeleine today! No fault of the company but pure human error on my behalf, but I was due a delivery today but noticed the postcode was wrong. Madeleine was in charge of my query and worked fast to get this sorted for me. She was timely with her responses, and very clear with her explanations which helped me understand the entire processes so easily. Today started very very stressful for me, but thanks to the customer service I received today, I’m ending the day much calmer, and with the postcode corrected and delivery rebooked for tomorrow! Thank you so much again Madeleine, very excited to receive our dream sofa tomorrow :)

Visited show room in Liverpool and Elaine was excellent and friendly. The whole experience with my husband and pugs was fun especially the processco at the bar. I had in mind the carmen and wow it looked great in the showroom so ordered it with footstool and it was delivered day after.
It looks fantastic in my new build open plan room and had many positive comments by visitors and my social media pages. I think my photos say it all. Take a look

I purchased a sofa from Sofa Club last year and unfortunately I have been extremely disappointed with the quality. The sofa has become very loose and lost its shape far too easily, especially considering how much it cost.
For a sofa that is only around a year old, I expected much better quality and durability. It really doesn’t feel like it has been made to last.
What has made the situation even more frustrating is how difficult it has been to actually get in contact with Sofa Club to raise my concerns and get some help. Trying to get a response and resolve the issue has been extremely difficult.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the quality of the sofa and the customer service. I would expect a sofa to last considerably longer than this before becoming so loose and out of shape. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Sofa Club

So impressed with sofa club! We visited the Liverpool showroom and so glad we did as we went for something different. The Chesham sofa is beautiful. It’s got deep seats, so great of you’re tall. It’s comfortable, stylish and very well made. It also came the next day which is pretty impressive. The smoothest purchase ever, even the delivery men were great. Highly recommend.
