I was impressed by the ease of communication at almost every stage of my car purchase. From my initial call until I took delivery, any questions were easily addressed with a phone call.

All the staff were very courteous. There wasn’t pressure. Overall it was a good experience.

I rang Private Fleet to get a price on a new Ford Ranger V6 Wildtrak after approaching another main dealer on the coast who had one that I liked for $74.500 which was a very competitive price but it had been sold, when I asked if they could supply me with a similar model for the same price they weren’t very helpful, Private fleet sourced one for me within 24 hrs , the exact same model and colour I was looking for , then after getting me the Ute for exactly the same price they said give me an hour to ring a few more and then came back with a price that was $1500 less and with 5 free services. I was extremely impressed with how much money they’d saved me just by playing one dealership against another , I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle

Service provided for purchase of new vehicle was very good. Response to queries was provided professionally. However for the trade-in vehicle, I was disappointed in receiving toll notices for the amount of $59.42 when I deposited my vehicle at a dealership as requested and then it was subsequently driven to a new destination when I no longer had possession of the vehicle.

Took away the hassle of shopping around and provided a sharp price also. Nick & Blye were easy to communicate with and made the process very easy.

I found the patience shown by Chris and the team was greatly appreciated. When the time came to chase a deal. The professionalism shown, communication and a deal set up with chosen accessories included in the price made it worth wile.
Overall if I purchased without Private Fleet in Tasmania I would have paid around $4k more AFTER I flew to Melbourne business class and hotel accomodation at the Crowne Plaza and the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry and registration costs was well worth the efforts by Private Fleet to seal the deal.
