We had such a beautiful experience with GS Diamonds for both my engagement and wedding bands. Georgia’s attention to detail and expertise helped my partner create the most magnificent engagement ring I could have hoped for! She helped guide him along the way and I’m completely obsessed.
We went back to the team for my wedding band and Annaliese was so lovely and patient. She gave great advice on the bands to choose and helped us make the perfect decision. The team are also so helpful when I drop in for complimentary regular ring cleans.
I can’t wait for the date so I can wear both every day now!

Good updates as to status and delivered as promised

I wanted to surprise my wife with a special necklace with 2 different gems. Diamond and emerald. Through a lot of research on internet i ended up buying 2 necklaces from 2 companies that i found the best value on internet .only after ordering the second one (the emerald) did i realise they were from the same company! Gs diamonds. After only one email to say that ot was indeed the same present, i was in contact with their customer service who did absolutely everythisng they could so that teh 2 oders join to make the most amazing necklace. I always spoke to the same person, they always responded and they delivered the necklaces as promised. How beautiful they are. Great value, great seevice. Amazing experience . Thank you

As professional as they’ve always been since we had our rings made here. We came in for a 7 year anniversary clean up and refresh and our wedding rings came back brand new.

I never thought buying an engagement ring could be such a positive and seamless experience.

It started with a simple question while browsing the GS Diamonds website. I didn’t expect much from the online chat, but I connected with Lynsey Clark, who went above and beyond from the very beginning. What started as a non-committal enquiry turned into hours of help late into the night, followed by a message first thing the next morning after I’d asked her to research the diamond inventory for me. I remember waking up to her message and, in that very moment, deciding that this is where I’ll be spending my money. She had invested so much in helping me that I realised there was no point going to another store as what I had just experienced was world-class personalised service.

Lynsey then connected me with the Sydney QVB team and made sure they had all the context for the next step she suggested, including my secret “just having a look” trip with my partner.

That’s where I met Grace Huang, who I absolutely have to give a shoutout to. She came prepared for the challenge, was incredibly knowledgeable, warm and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She played along perfectly with the secret visit and became my go-to person for basically all the remainder of my experience in store. The Lynsey and Grace tag team is honestly hard to beat.

A special mention to Vita, the online store manager, who looked after me whenever Lynsey was away and somehow knew exactly where things were up to every time I jumped on chat. And Haylie from the QVB store, who gave me all the time I needed to inspect my chosen diamond without rushing me. I can tell you right now, this review would not be the same if that hadn’t been the case.

From online chat to the physical store, the continuity and personal service throughout the whole journey has been exceptional.
