Placed an on line order for a limited edition Seiko as the web site stated it was in stock, turned out to be an error. However Joyce Jewellery sourced one and had it shipped direct from Japan in time for Christmas, very happy.

Very unhappy with the level of customer service received. I would not recommend buying on line from this business as is a logistical nightmare. They dont know how to take ownership when things go wrong. I have not received my order i purchased specifically as a special gift. Sorely disappointed
