Was an overall amazing experience , Rachelle was super knowledgeable about all the rings and super accommodating for what we were looking for, she was able to answer all of our questions and help us come to a decision. The atmosphere of the store was amazing and felt super luxurious and private. Would highly recommend to all my friends.

TMC has been extremely pleasant to deal with. The staff have been super helpful and friendly and catered to whatever I asked for. The in-person service is also top tier. They always ask if you want any drinks from Champagne to beer to coffee and water. Over months of correspondence with them they made this process so easy.

From the very beginning, Poppy and Bronte took the time to listen to my ideas, answer all of my questions, and guide me through every step of the design process. Always have a good experience at TMC consultations. I like that they never push you to purchase, we went in as I am upgrading my set and haven't quite decided what I am wanting, so they send you a quote with everything you like and you can order when/if you're ready.

Very easy to pick what I wanted all the options are laid out well and easy to understand as I’m not well versed in jewellery. The email updates on the crafting process is a very nice touch.
