I ordered a Birthstone and Name Necklace but I never got it, but was told that the courier had dropped it off. I contacted the courier company and they said I had to contact the company that sent it, which I did. Well what an amazing company they offered to replace it and they did with no cost to me, which I appreciated so much. I got cleaning cloths, a bag and a box which was awesome. Fast delivery and a great gift for my daughter-in-laws birthdays next year.
