Actually I ordered same contact lenses with Specsavers at Glen Waverley store in Melbourne, more than 2 months ago, they promised they would be delivered in store within one week...but failed to arrive...they promised that they would be delivered in the next days or so...I told them that in 6 days I am travelling to Remote destination in western Australia,(marble bar)...they said don't worry, they will be delivered before you leave!!!sure enough, no delivery, they said the would post them to me, not to worry...they still have not arrived, even though fully paid for!!!
So I decided to try your company, I ordered about a week ago, they arrived today in Marble Bar, exactly as promised...thank you!

I’ve been buying my contact lenses ‘Clearly’ for over 10 years and they have never let me down. Delivered door to door in 2 weeks (or 1 week if you choose express delivery). The range is vast with quality lenses and they often have discount deals or free shipping. I won’t shop anywhere else, not even my local optometrist can beat their prices or offer the variety or range.

Incredibly quick postage, thoughtful packed and extremely efficient ordering process. I will be returning!

I needed my contact lenses urgently, and Clearly absolutely delivered. the process on their website was seamless and my package arrived in just 3 days flat

I’ve ordered from Clearly multiple times over the past 8 years, and every experience has been outstanding. I’ve needed to return a few pairs over the years, and it has never been an issue.

Most recently, I created a return for one pair of glasses and then, a few days later, realised the second pair wasn’t suitable either, so I created another return. I didn’t realise the return numbers were different and accidentally sent both pairs back in the same box. I contacted customer support via chat and spoke with Claire, who was incredibly helpful. She explained that a ticket would be raised with the finance team and advised me to follow up within 24 hours. When I checked the next morning, the return and credit for the second pair of glasses had already been processed.

There have been two occasions where my glasses were made incorrectly or the quality wasn’t quite right, but even then I can’t fault the company because the process to resolve it was so easy.

The customer service is amazing. I’ve also tried to reorder glasses that had been discontinued, and the staff were extremely helpful in suggesting similar styles to suit my face, which made the process much easier without having to constantly adjust all the filters myself.

Their customer support is also extremely helpful, one of my packages was shipped to an old address and they were extremely helpful with sorting it out.
