Wow.. The delivery was way too fast than i was expecting…. Happy with the purchase. 😃🫶🏻

This company seemed to have been sold to some foreign company, and no longer supported by an Australian team here. I used to order from here and had very reliable service. Unfortunately a recent order was late by 1 week, and there were no email updates whatsoever. I had to contact their customer service who was unable to identify the issues at first. It was then discovered that there were some data input into the order form that was incorrect and therefore the order did not get through. I was initially assured that it was fixed but then no further updates for another day. I had to contact them again to ask, and they tried to rectify the same issue again for the second time. Then no updates on whether the products were dispatched. I had to call back on the third day, only to be told that I will get an update in 1-2 days. Every customer service rep seemed unsure and have no authority to do anything.

It was easy to navigate the website. I bought coloured contact lenses and the description including how many in a box to how what use time they had was all on the website. Express shipping had them to my door in under 48hours. I will definitely be purchasing again from Clearly.

Delayed several weeks past the estimated delivery time. No contact until I queried this, and had to follow up a second time after I had requested that the partial order be shipped and that I was more than happy to pay a second lot of shipping fees for this.

Clearly weren’t willing to do so.

I also still haven’t received my invoice so I can claim against my private health insurance so I guess I will have to contact them again.

Actually I ordered same contact lenses with Specsavers at Glen Waverley store in Melbourne, more than 2 months ago, they promised they would be delivered in store within one week...but failed to arrive...they promised that they would be delivered in the next days or so...I told them that in 6 days I am travelling to Remote destination in western Australia,(marble bar)...they said don't worry, they will be delivered before you leave!!!sure enough, no delivery, they said the would post them to me, not to worry...they still have not arrived, even though fully paid for!!!
So I decided to try your company, I ordered about a week ago, they arrived today in Marble Bar, exactly as promised...thank you!

I’ve been buying my contact lenses ‘Clearly’ for over 10 years and they have never let me down. Delivered door to door in 2 weeks (or 1 week if you choose express delivery). The range is vast with quality lenses and they often have discount deals or free shipping. I won’t shop anywhere else, not even my local optometrist can beat their prices or offer the variety or range.
