Waste of time
I attempted today to order a pair of computer glasses from them. I just lost time: I selected single vision, as I only wanted computer glasses, so I spent time to find some nice glasses, uploaded the prescription, checked the computer read etc. , got to the end, but as no question on what glasses I need from my prescription (as you know there is only 1 prescription with all the data for: reading, computer and distance glasses), so I got worried. On the chat I asked to talk with an agent ... Of course I had to wait for an actual person etc, but the person (Jonas) instead of reading my question: how I can make sure I order computer glasses and not reading or distance from my uploaded prescription, started to tell me that "Single vision is only for distance vision. Not for reading or computer use." and then he went on to say something about lenses. Clearly no idea of what how glasses prescriptions work and what they are actually in the business to sell.
Very disappointing. Just a great waste of time.
And by the way the 30% off first customer is applied to full prices only, they forget to mention this...

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. Ive been using clearly contacts for around a decade. I had to return an order and they received it but im still waiting on a refund almost 3 weeks later. Ive emailed twice and did a chat with them 4 separate times and they keep ending the chat or saying to wait longer. Its very disappointing to be completely ignored after being a loyal customer for so long
