10/10 experience. Ordered glasses, wasn’t happy with how they looked on me so asked for a refund/exhange. Received an email back within only a couple of hours with a code for the amount of the glasses to put to another pair AND as a one off courtesy was told I was able to keep the glasses without having to return. Fantastic customer service and product quality is outstanding.

I’m honestly so impressed with my new glasses from Firmoo! I am absolutely pleasantly surprised by the quality, the service, the range of choice! The price! All of it!
As someone who has had to wear glasses my whole life. I kinda resigned to the fact, I had to always just wear the ugly frames my local store has in stock. But now! I have 5 pairs with my prescription from Firmoo and each pair is amazing. I got tinted lenses. I fi ally got myself some stylish frames, some sunglasses. Some mirror sunglasses also! All with my prescription. All with thinner lenses without the cost of what it is from buying locally. I will always buy my glasses from here in the future!
They ate lightweight. And great quality! Cannot flaw them at all!

I bought a nice pair of titanium glasses with premium transition xtraactive lenses - solid quality, lightweight and comfortable. The only thing is that the lenses are smaller than I expected and don't look good on me, as I have a wider face. When I told them about it, they immediately understood me and offered a free replacement as a good gesture. Now I am a very happy customer. Thank you!

Very simple website to use for ordering and a great range to choose from.
Received swiftly. Great quality. Unfortunately the glasses were not suitable for my face/fit, so I enquired to return and exchange. I received an email from Larry who was exceptionally helpful. He offered an exchange voucher and advice on how to proceed. I have used the voucher and reordered a different set of glasses.

Firmoo are amazing! I was sceptical at first but with a discount, thought that I'd give ordering my prescription glasses a go. I now have 4 pairs! Firmoo are super affordable, with an amazing range of frames and lenses to suit everyone! The turnaround time is extraordinary! The customer service team are knowledgeable and super helpful. I received my glasses on time and was informed of the tracking all the way through. My glasses look great and seems better than my prescription one purchased from here in Perth. It is value for money and I will be ordering from them for extra glasses and also for future scripts.

Larry from Firmoo is hands down the best customer service rep I have dealt with. He has responded to all of my queries quickly, and when I raised one issue was very understanding and so proactive in sorting this for me.
I recommend Firmoo very much, great quality products and very affordable. They made entering my prescription info a breeze at the beginning, and when I emailed post-order to confirm all of this was correct, they responded and gave reassurance very quickly.

Firmoo went above and beyond to help solve my situation, the customer service were fast to respond and so helpful. The prices are excellent better then my own optometrist and a vast variety of glasses to choose from, although the waiting period was a bit longer then expected, other then that one happy customer right here😁😁

My first glasses online and I was nervous. but what a great experience. Fast postage. excellent fit and prescription. The style is beautiful.....quirky and different but at the same time chic and fashionable. It's a fine metal frame but in a gorgeous shade of turquoise which catches the light.These cost me a quarter of what local stores charge . My only problem was which style to choose out of the dozens of delicious styles. I can recommend Firmoo 120% and am checking out my next one's.

I have purchased multiple pairs of prescription glasses and sunglasses from Firmoo. Each time the process from purchasing to delivery has been easy to navigate, hundreds of dollars cheaper than seeing someone for glasses in town, helpful tracking for when shipped and each time my prescription has been spot on and delivered before the expected arrival date (usually 1-2 weeks earlier). I can not fault this company for their business at all, definitely recommend for anyone that needs prescription glasses!

Sorry to say but I ordered 2 pair of glasses with basic lenses initially and the number in my left high is a bit higher then my number in the right eye but when I received the glasses both lenses were of the same number as my right eye , I reported the issue and the customer service was prompt to respond I was given a code to reorder without having to return the glasses but considering the promotion had ended I ended up ordering just one but with high end lenses this time the order game through and it has the same issue the number on left eye is same as the right hence it is blurry in the left eye also the lenses were supposed to be protecting me from blue light which is not the case

Easy ordering process with accurate measurements and virtual try-on, allowing me to select the right frames for my face. Price was ridiculously good and my glasses arrived to my door with perfectly aligned multi focal lenses in just 9 business days. Fantastic quality and fit. Will definitely buy again.

I have been very impressed with Firmoo! It’s a bit of a leap of faith ordering glasses online, but I’ve found the quality of the product and customer service amazing! Will keep coming back :)

Unfortunately my prescription just wasn't turning out right twice but I'm just giving one star less as it was dealt with quickly and kindly.
