I am extremely disappointed with my experience with 10-4.dk.

I waited at home the entire day for the courier, but nobody came to deliver my parcel. Later, I received a notification stating that my parcel had been delivered to a 365 Discount store for collection. I went there immediately, but the parcel was not there.

The store staff told me that this happens almost every week—customers receive collection notifications before the parcels actually arrive.

I have contacted customer service twice, but both of my emails have been completely ignored. I have received no explanation and no assistance.

This has wasted a great deal of my time and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I expected much better service and communication from a professional company. I cannot recommend 10-4.dk based on my experience.

Up there with the best service i have ever gotten in Denmark. I must have bought for about 500,000kr over the bast few years and everything has been very smooth and quick. Customer service is top class, just give them a call and they will do their best to get you what you need quickly.

I have ordered various tools from 10-4.dk multiple times, and each experience has been excellent. The delivery was fast, and I received all items in perfect condition without any issues. Additionally, their prices are very competitive, offering great value for quality tools.

I ordered a Coleman, but there were a lot of scratches, and the finish on the handle itself was very poor. I sent them an email on 04-07-2024, but they didn't acknowledge that the item was damaged. They said they were very busy and answered my email on 12-07-2024. I don’t think I’ll buy from them again because they shouldn't have sent the item in this condition.

Will buy again. Fast delivery, the package was nicely covered to protect the goods from rain. I wish the payment would be easier, the website had several issues and unnecessary complexities when entering the payment information.
