The store gave me an estimated delivery date of 2 weeks due to an item not being in storage, saying they will send a confirmation first. After 11 days of radio silence, I decided to reach out and ask about the status of my order, and just got told "the expected date remains." When I pointed out that this means they need to ship today, only then did I get a response "Sadly the order have been delayed by the supplier." If this was the case - why was I not notified about this? Why was I lied to about the expected delivery date when I asked first, and only after requesting an explicit confirmation and pointing out they are lying did I get further info.
If you want your order to arrive at all, don't bother with this shop. Horrible delivery time and even worse service.

We were only informed of the delay afterwards, at which point we passed this information on to you.
We fully agree that delays are unfortunate, and we always strive to inform our customers as quickly as possible when we receive updated delivery information from our suppliers.
As the revised delivery timeframe did not meet your expectations, you subsequently chose to cancel the order, which we of course accommodated.

Very disappointing return/refund experience
I returned a defective product to Compumail on 8 September 2026. Compumail created RMA 3986873, but almost ONE MONTH LATER I am still waiting for my refund.
Communication has been poor, and I have had to chase them for updates myself. A defective product should not take this long to resolve, right??
Very disappointing customer service. You need push them for their selling broken item...

Order 1: Ordered a good deal via pricerunner (1 på lager/x på fjernlager) - was cancelled as they said they could not provide anymore. But then 1 week later the price was raised.
Order 2: Ordered a good deal via pricerunner and waited... talked to helpdesk to confirm dates - later got an email that the order was late but would arrive at x date - the day after no update - talked to helpdesk - they couldn't give any indication on when product would arrive - waited 2 days - no update - cancelled the order myself.

If a product is returned in a used condition, a deduction may be made from the refund, as the item can no longer be sold as new, and you are therefore responsible for the depreciation in the product's value.

Compumail omits important info in its listing but doesn't acknowledge fault
I have a Bosch battery-driven Advanced Rotak lawnmower, and they make a battery-driven model called the Advanced Rotak 40-650. I wanted to buy one, Googled it, and found it on Compumail's website. I looked at the site, then looked through the Specifications, then ordered it. When I received it, the largest words on the box were "Corded Lawnmower." Apparently Bosch makes both a battery-driven 40-650 and a corded 40-650. Compumail had neglected to mention anywhere that it was corded. When I contacted them, I asked them to pay for return shipping, because the site listing didn't even mention that it was corded. Compumail's customer service claimed it was my fault, because I had only looked at the Compumail ad, and didn't check the product at the manufacturer's website. I wrote several times. They never acknowledged any fault and never agreed to pay for shipping. (I never opened the box.) This is pretty bad customer service -- blaming the customer for not knowing what should have been written on the product listing. LATER NOTE: Compumail responded that "it is the customers responsibility to read our specifications on our website." I DID READ the specifications on the website. Nowhere in the specifications does it noted that it is a corded lawnmower!

We are sorry that the product description did not make it sufficiently clear that the Bosch AdvancedRotak 40-650 you ordered was the corded model.
The product you received did, however, correspond to the part number listed on the product page and in the manufacturer’s information, while the battery-powered model is a different variant, and not what you ordered from us.
We understand that the model names can cause confusion, and we will take your feedback regarding clearer product information into consideration, but do want to note, that it is the customers responsibility to read our specifications on our website, and cannot take responsibility for wrong information on price agents, random ads and the likes.
As the item delivered was the model ordered, the return was handled as a standard withdrawal, and the return shipping was therefore not covered by us.
We also apologize if our previous replies gave the wrong impression, and hope for your understanding, as English is not our primary language.

Extremely rude customer service
Extremely rude customer service. Placed an order and was given explicit instructions by email to contact the validation queue and upon receiving the call the man was extremely ride without explaining where my order was and hung up. I think it could have been handled more politely to explain to the customer what the problem is as there is no email confirmation after the call to tell me that the order is validated.

Disappointing quality and lack of customer support.
I recently purchased an ASUS monitor from Compumail (Order #6998025). When it arrived, I discovered several scratches on the screen surface. I contacted their customer support immediately and provided clear photographic evidence of the damage. Unfortunately, instead of offering a solution or a partial refund for the inconvenience, the support team simply claimed that their products are scanned before shipment and refused any responsibility, effectively blaming me for the damage during unboxing. I am very disappointed with this outcome, as I received a product in less-than-new condition and was left without any support or compensation. I would not recommend this store if you are looking for reliable customer service.

Defective product and awful return process
I bought an expensive Nintendo Switch 2 as a gift for my husband, and they sent me a clearly used one!! The box was damaged and the screen was scratched. Completely unacceptable, and the return process is awful. Thanks for ruining this, I will never buy from this place again.

Poor service on defect product
Poor service on defect product
I received a defect vacuum cleaner and issued complaint (they call it RMA). I delivered the product to them some 25 days ago and have received anything useful status information from them yet. I have reached out to the a few time, but they just says that they have forwarded the case to an external partner and they will get back to me when it's solved. I have asked them to cancel the order, but then also refused that.
I will look another supplier next time.

Very disappointing customer service.
The webshop used a misleading product image, which caused me to order the wrong item because an important component appeared to be included. After receiving the order, I contacted customer support and explained the situation clearly.
Instead of helping find a reasonable solution, they simply told me to return the item. The missing component is difficult to source separately, and I asked whether they could help provide or locate it since the confusion came from their own product listing. They refused to assist.
Mistakes can happen, but good customer service is about how a company handles them. Unfortunately, I felt they took no responsibility for the misleading listing and made no effort to help resolve the issue.
I would be careful ordering from this webshop unless you verify every detail yourself.
