Spamming their own customers
The products are fine and reasonably priced. It is, however, not in my eyes acceptable to run obtrusive and misleading advertisements for 3rd party companies both at checkout and in the order confirmation emails, causing them to be filtered straight to spam. Spamming your own customers is a surefire way to lose custom. I won't be ordering again.

Took way too long to receive the…
Took way too long to receive the product, mostly because they didn't ship it for a few days, although based on the website you get the impression they ship same day!

Wrong item received, customer service useless
Backstory: I contaced Avxperten before ordering, to make sure I was ordering the right thing. I got a detailed answer with all the items it should include, and then ordered. When I finally received my package, it only included a replacement part, not the entire system I was ordering.
I then contacted them to get the rest. For 2 weeks I received "We have sent this to the department in charge, please wait for their answer". Fed up with this I contacted them again, they asked for proof. I sent the photos they asked for. Only to again be told "I am sending this to the correct department, please wait for their answer"....
This is simply not how to treat customers, it is a simple case of not sending me the correct item, it should not take several weeks to figure out.

I bought additional 20Pcs battery but when they arrived they were only 19Pcs and the package of batteries was damaged and a few of the batteries showed signs of physical damage from impact.
But delivery was very fast.
