Very bad reputation
Very bad reputation. I have orderded the product 3 weeks back and still not delivered. It started showing now that they have product in the warehouse. Its very bad. It seems after getting order from customers they order products from China and send us. I will never order from them.

I would have gotten those things much cheaper from elsewhere(but there is no similar gasstopp)!!
Received message "we dont have enough workers".
Ordered later similar gastopp and sendingfees were charged again. Though they were returned/not charged after my request though I HAVENT CKECKED THAT YET

Never ordering from here again
Never ordering from here again, and thanks for ruining the vacation. Ordered an automatic cat feeder on the 25th of June with promised delivery by the 3rd of July. Almost another week later it's still not here, can't cancel the order because it's marked as "sent" for 3 days, yet I haven't received any shipment tracking number, even though I paid 49kr for the shipping. So I can't go ahead and get another feeder because can't cancel this one. Can't get in touch with the customer support, not to mention that it's designed to hide phone numbers and all. And now have to find someone to feed my cat while I'm away. Good job 👍

Highly unprofessional
Highly unprofessional. They sent me the wrong item and refused to admit it. The item was returned. Eventually, they were supposed to refund the cost of the item plus shipping. When I threatened to charge interest on the overdue payment, the money arrived after nine days. They did not pay for the shipping.

Order never arrived
MY order is marked as shipped but I never got it. I have the notification in the post Nord app saying that they have been notifyed about the packet days and days ago but the packet never arrived yet and even if it ever does it, it will be too late for what I needed. Plus, the website doesn't have many options to check where the packet is or any new updated information from a week ago.
