Overpriced

When I ordered to the wrong address by mistake they gave me a complete refund and fixed the issue immediately. They always take care of me and I’m talking to a real person when I call. I also like how easy ordering is.

1800 contacts cancelled my order because they screwed up and called the wrong eye dr when I had already sent my new prescription with my new eye dr to their 5 digit text number. I even called that order in and the lady said it was all set. Fast Forward a week and I see they cancel the order because of their mess up (only found out via email, no call or text). When I called again the lady wasn't any help and had an attitude because i told them they could refund everything. Problem is they will not refund the $120 for the 2 unopened boxes of contacts that i had already returned to them that was my old prescription. The lady just kept saying she couldn't do anything about it because I didn't want to hear out her "offer" to make it right in the first place and decided she was going to be petty (which was nothing but 15 percent off, big deal!!). These are custom contacts that take 6-8 weeks to make so cancelling an order just prolongs it. So in other words, I'm out $120 that they refuse to refund even though they're are getting two boxes of contacts back(those ones returned are not custom made and they will be able to resell them so now they're making double profit).

Quick & uncomplicated delivery

I continue to have irritation from the contacts ordered from 1-800 contacts. The representatives are very helpful and kind but the contacts are either not of good quality or just not for me but I’ve worn the fresh look contacts for years ,only to switch and use your company for a not so good product ☹️
