Such a total waste of time. After waiting 14 business days with no contact from lensdirect.com I called them only to find out that I needed to send them a waiver. I ended up canceling my order and will go through the process with another reputable 3rd party vendor. I have no idea why they simply would not have people accept their waver while placing the order. I'm Totally frustrated with this company and would absolutely not recommend them.

Horrible place to replace lens
Ordered new lens for two frames for rush delivery and service and it takes over 25 business days to get it right. They never update and rush service is false advertising. One frame came 3 weeks late and they LOST MY OTHER FRAME. Never took the time to get it done right after half a dozen calls they are still trying . Horrible customer service and very unprofessional company. Many 5 star reviews seem bot generated as well. Beware of this fruad.

I sent in my Dutz glasses and asked for bifocals instead of progressive glasses! I was so disappointed. I contacted Lensdirect and spoke to Francine! She was so helpful in helping me find an affordable solution. Within a week, my glasses were off again to be recut by LensDirect! Thank you!

Pain in neck to send my frames back to get my new prescription lenses put in I could have it done locally for free and take me 10 min Vs me having to pay for shipping back to you , waiting 2+ wks to get. Them. Tried to communicate with you via email no reply since July I had to call yesterday.
