I love Fytoo's glasses. They're so unique and different than others I've seen online. I've been purchasing from them for a long while and will continue to do so. Not only to mention they're really affordable and their customer service is on point.

I have had multiple pairs of glasses from Fytoo and can’t recommend enough. The frames and lenses are very good quality and everyday I get compliments for them. Their customer service is also excellent and delivery is fast.

I wanted to take a minute and just express my appreciation for the folks at FYTOO. Immediately after ordering, I got a very nice email from the company, letting me know the status of the order. And then they continued to update me. The glasses were delivered to the wrong address, which was not their fault at all, but they continue to show great customer service and replace my glasses with no other cost and I never had to wait to know what the status was at all. You don’t usually see this kind of customer service so these guys get five stars from me.

I ordered the coolest glasses; Fytoo has frames I've never seen before.
I had an issue with my glasses when arrived but I sent an email and Fytoo quickly responded it was a lot of back and forth but we worked it out.
I now have the correct prescription and I'm super happy!
I literally get comments throughout the day.

The choice of frames is great, the quality of the product is great, the price is great and customer service is great. What is NOT great is delivery. I understand that these are shipped from China but that is not the problem. I live in Indiana and my glasses bounced around the midwest (from Georgia to Illinois to Ohio) for 2 weeks before getting to Indiana. It took over a month for delivery.

From app navigation, frame selection, and the quality of the products Fytoo has been great. Such an affordable and great way to make sure I’m both safe and stylish. The customer service experience was also speedy, accommodating, and proficient. I’m most definitely referring my friends to Ftyoo.

This company has excellent customer service and support. My claim was taken care by Mia in a very professional, friendly and expedient manner. I would definitely recommend buying eyeglasses from Fytoo.

Barbara was absolutely fantastic! I made a mistake in order to have the same pair of glasses and she was able to work with me to swap out the frame to one that I liked. I have had no bad experiences with this vendor and I continue to use them especially when I get great customer service from people like Barbara!!

I do not recommend their customer service at all. They refused to take responsibility when I reported that the order never arrived. Instead, they told me that to have the product sent again, I had to leave a good review and send them proof of it; only then would they ship the order. It feels like extortion to me. I would rather lose my money and give them the rating they deserve.
Since they want to clean up their image with their response to my review, here is a copy of one of the emails.

I order from fytoo all the time, I've made at least 8 orders and usually get multiple pairs of glasses each order. I always like my glasses and I've found they're more durable than other online brands I've used. I have 3 kids that tear up all my stuff so having durable glasses is a must. Now I'm also getting my daughter's first pair through fytoo. I recently had to use their customer service and they've been really helpful on an issue they didn't cause. My package was stolen and they're sending me a new one to a more secure adress, without additional charge. Businesses that support their customers when mistakes or bad outcomes happen are the best to work with. Thanks, Fytoo.

I have purchased three pairs of glasses from Fytoo, and the quality, prices, and delivery times have all been fantastic. My absolute favorite is my geometric octagon pair that came with sunglass clips. Aside from the great deals, their customer service is top-notch and incredibly helpful whenever you need assistance.

I had purchased glasses from other places in the past and always end up having issues with my progressive glasses. I decided to try FYTOO on a pair. I was surprised about the great quality of the frames but even more impressed with the progressive glasses. They are exactly what I asked for, I don’t feel like a giant when looking down, there is weird distortion at all.

They fit perfectly i fall in love with my first of glasses for Fytoo, the fame is super strong they don’t break easily and the lens are better because the have more Focus and i feel they protect my eye better since i which to prescription lens with , Gilded™ a new type of blue light blocking lens which is great for driving & Photochromic to block out the sun
