They promised me delivery by a specific date
they were made fully aware of the urgency of my order and when i needed it by and promised it would be delivered.

I AM STILL WAITING

I have tried to contact rapid medical supplies via every method possible, over and over again. Email, text, online forms and calls.
All I get is a robot
Not one reply
Not one acknowledgment

I have tried to cancel the order and no one will get in touch with me, I can't talk to a human only a robot.

This is the second time I have ordered Gripperz socks from Rapid Medical.
The socks are great quality, with a small padded section to protect your heel and prevent blisters.
Order one day and it arrives within 2 days. Very happy.

It would have been better to be kept up to date on delivery time.

Love the table it’s perfect

Ordered a overway for bed/chair

Fantastic quality and super fast delivery. Im so happy with the space saving shower stool its very strong and looks great in my bathroom. I didnt want something that was big and bulky and an eyesore. This is perfect.

I asked questions online, they were answered promptly. Extremely light walker and tall.
I ordered my walker, it was delivered the next day.

I bought the "Lets Twist Again" crutches and use a left hand one to walk. I like the fact it is lighter than my other crutch, more slim and I like the colour (black and yellow.) However it is taking me some time to get used to it - particularly in regard to the handle grip - it is smaller than I am used to and seems not quite at the angle I am used to. The grip material is also very hard and I would have preferred it to have been somewhat more softer to the touch. Also the upper arm rest, by having such a wide opening, means I have dropped the crutch quite a number of times when I have had bags or items in my other hand and, for example opened a door, picked up something - whereas my old crutch had a small opening (the cuff being much more rounded) that meant it was more likely to remain on my arm.

Rapid Medical Supplies service is impeccable, staff are easy to work with, friendly and provide exceptional advice if/when needed.

Suction grab bars are an excellent product - simple to attach, no damage to wall and firm support.

I searched for a long time before finding the Gripperz socks at Rapid Medical. They are great for my husband's size 11 feet and cosy in this cold weather. The grip soles are just what he needs with his Parkinson’s unsteadiness and they look good also. Delivery was super fast and invoice supplied was compliant for NDIS reimbursement. They’re so good I would have been happy to pay for them anyway.

My product was delivered promptly and it was everything I had expected it to be.
