They were simply amazing
They were simply amazing - answered my email promptly,followed up with a phone call at about 7.30am next morning, and followed through doing what they said they would. From this I had a call from an equally amazing staff member from an aged care facility that was more than helpful ( and very cheery) .
I won't hessitate to use this business moving forward,

Feeling very overwhelmed
Feeling very overwhelmed with all the steps required to place a loved one into care.. we saw the article in the newspaper about Aged Care Decisions and after speaking to Teiha we were so relieved. All our questions about care were answered clearly and with patience. All the hard work was done for us.. quickly and efficiently. Would strongly recommend.

within a matter of minutes after my online request I got a call back. I can’t remember the name of the initial contact but she was brilliant. I was passed onto Eleeta who was brilliant and by the time I had finished speaking with her I felt so at ease and knew the direction I needed to go.
