Super patient and helpful
The two ladies that I spoke with (Piper and Hartlee) did not rush me and were open with many suggestions for the care of my brother Noel.
After a lot of information given me, Hartlee suggested I go and have a cuppa and do something nice for myself for the rest of the day. These two ladies showed me care after what is a long and somewhat scary position to be in. Thanks to those two ladies I felt comfortable in achieving their suggestions.
