It was a Saturday morning and I was using the product for the first time. I had a question and emailed the Customer Support team not expecting to get an answer until after the holiday weekend. I was very happy when Caz emailed back just a short while later with the answer I needed so I could properly use the product. I really appreciated her prompt and friendly reply, it gave me the comfort and reassurance I needed. Great customer service!

The mosquito and itch patches are a miracle. My little grandson gets ate up with mosquito bites when he goes outside or if they get in his house. With the mosquito stickers, he’s not getting the mosquito bites. I ordered the inch stickers after he gotten a bunch of mosquito bites somewhere else. The itch quits immediately when you put it on he’s two years old and if he goes somewhere and gets a bite when he gets home, he’ll tell you bobo and show you where he needs a sticker. I love these. The only issue is shipping is a little slow so if you’re getting low on them, always order and give enough time to get your order in before you run out. Right now I have an order in for the seasonal allergy, breathe easy, bedtime, and a few others. I’m looking forward to getting them and expecting them to work just as good as these two have NatPat thank you for this product.

Wonderful product and experience! These little stickers are adorable and make it easy for kids to want to use, they smell good and stay on an active kid! My 7 year old loves picking which ones to wear! When I reached out to customer service about my subscription- I received a quick response back and was very pleased with the level of service they provided! Will definitely be ordering again once we run low as I don’t want to run out!

I love this company. Products that actually work! Subscriptions that are affordable... if you can't afford the subscription, then look at Target or other stores for this product... Customer service is quick and attentive. Very sweet and easy to talk too! Highly recommend NatPat!

These were recommended to me by a friend who absolutely loves them, and so far I’ve been really happy with them too! I haven’t had a chance to properly try out the mosquito repellent yet, but I have used the anti-itch and it has been an absolute godsend.

I also had to reach out to customer care and spoke with Caz, who was fantastic. Super fast response times, really professional, and genuinely helpful. Such a great experience all around so far!

The items arrived in good time, well packed and I put the sticker inside the tag and attached to my baby boys collar. He has it on for 15 days and seems calmer real test will be when he meets another dog who is not from his pack.
I also had cause to contact the company and their customer service is second to none, got back to me with in the hour, and were very helpful.
Am very impressed with the company as a whole. Also just to let you know I am not getting paid or receiving anything for writing this review, I am doing it as I think this company is good and if you have any query's before you buy anything they are happy to help you.

Although the product did not work well on the kids (they must be extra tasty to the mosquitoes 😂)...their customer service was EXCELLENT!! Caz was extremely kind and helpful 😀

Thank you for being. Company that has excellent customer service and understands their customers needs change. I absolutely LOVE this product. It was awesome all summer long for my kiddo at camp! She loved them and so did I knowing she was protected from tics ;) she has less mosquito bites, very few actually when she usually gets eaten alive! We found zero tics and her camps were outside and in the woods all summer. What the best part is, is that we do not need through winter here in Michigan, so autoship is kit something we need. When I asked to cancel my subscription until next season.... Guess what??? No questions asked and just a reply that it was done! I am so over every company roping you into a subscription and then making you jump through hoops to get out of it, but not Natpat! I highly recommend them for their product and their customer service that actually cares! Thanks guys and see you next season!

Effective patch for mosquitoes

Excellent product that I know works! I ran out of stickers and ended up with 17 bites within 2 hours of walking, over the course of two nights walking my dog. I recommend this product to anyone looking for protection from mosquitoes and wanting to use something safe for both humans and pets. I have pet rabbits that are very sensitive to most things and I will wear them around them without worrying. I’ve been using these religiously for 6+ years now and will always keep them stocked in my household!
