My dad had a fall and urgently required some aides to help him at home afterwards. Rapid Medical Supplies shipped my order the same day and it was sent via express shipping allowing him to get the products quickly and before the weekend. The products are also great quality, my dad said he feels safe using them.

I agree with so many other reviews here about support. I’ve had a business subscription for my company for less than two months and needed support as Otter is sharing meeting notes despite my settings for this being turned off. I have sent multiple emails expecting the “priority support” which is supposed to be a selling point of this plan, and I’ve heard from nobody! Otter seems like a front for harvesting information as there is no after sales service. I’m going to lodge a formal complaint with the US Federal Trade Commission and I urge others to do the same.

Couriers Please delivered two packages. The first one was collected five days before the second yet arrived a day after the second. During this time there was no tracking information aside from the item having being picked up. I was convinced it had been misplaced and contacted the company who shipped it to find out where it was.
