Excelent product with great customer service
The product is good, legit and really useful. They only need to improve some languages but engish is super and the most important thing: the people. Customer care is top! and they are trying to fix that is not there 100%. If you need a recording solution in this fast-moving world this is your best shot.

First a very courteous and respectful attitude. Very fast resolution in 24 hours after a simple check request.
Second there were not obligated to refund.

Good service and support
I used the service and it was good and what expected. Then I didn't need transcript service for a while and forgot to cancel autorenewal and on the next year's renewal my account was charged according to the schedule but I asked them to refund and they quickly refunded. So I thank them for this experience.
Generally a good service in this domain.

We absolutely love Otter! It has made our work so much easier, especially when it comes to preparing meeting minutes. It saves us a lot of time and makes it so much easier to keep track of everything discussed during our meetings.
What really impressed us, though, was their customer service. We accidentally added an extra team member and were charged an additional fee. We reached out to customer support to explain the situation, and to our surprise, we received a response within an hour confirming that they had issued a refund.
We truly appreciate how quickly and kindly they handled our request. It’s reassuring to know that there’s a great team behind a product we rely on.
