My family have placed several orders through Strapify and we can not fault the product quality or experience. Customer service has been great as what I ordered in my last order wasn’t quite what I was looking for so they offered an exchange no questions asked.

I bought a strap that had the wrong clasp style and strapify offered to write a review instead of sending the wrong strap back which is both easier and cheaper... thank you strapify

I recently bought 3 straps for my watch from strapify, and once received, I realised one strap had less loop holes in it, and didn’t fit me. I reached out to the team and explained what had happened, and they responded very quickly and provided me with alternate options that would got me better! In less than 24 hours I have a new strap on its way!

Highly recommend for their great selection of product colours, sizing choices, and fast delivery. I have to say, the customer service and communication from Strapify is outstanding! Have previously ordered from Strapify and was very happy so I ordered again. I ordered a strap that didn't work for my watch. Sam was very prompt and walked me through how to fix the problem. The replacement band was cheaper and the refunded difference came back so quickly. Very happy with the process! Many thanks

Bought a strap in December. Customer service is good. Watch strap broke after 8 months. Strapify requested I write this review for replacement of strap without sending back broken strap.

Item arrived quickly and as described. Unfortunately, customer error, and I ordered the wrong connection type. Easy return process and options for exchange or store credit. Very prompt customer service.

Strapify have a huge range of straps for so many different kinds of watches! Ordering was so easy and they do everything they can to ensure you’re ordering the right strap for your watch and in case you do order the wrong strap, the customer service and ease of exchanging your item is amazing!

Lots of options for all watches. Quick and easy shipping. Bummer there aren’t many long strap options for larger wrists.

Delivery was very fast. But when I received the package it was empty. It was unclear whether the product was stolen or not. I enquired and had a great experience communicating with Sam. A lot of goodwill was given, and the product was resent swiftly. Highly recommend.
