Talked to Sam about matching a buckle for my Navy King Saicloth strap to my aquatico bronze diver, and they were super quick and easy to talk to, and gave me the exact info i needed to find an answer.

Have now purchased five watch bands from Strapify. Great range and really good value.

Had a problem with a couple of bands in my most recent order (wrong colour hardware on one and wrong size adapter on the other) and these were quickly rectified by customer service. Appreciated that I didn't have to return the incorrect items too - bigger companies with much bigger profits have expected this for much cheaper items.

One thing to note is that I purchased a larger size of the same leather band that I already owned and the colour difference is notable between the first band and the photo on the item listing. Prefer the colour of the original, but natural variation is expected, so keep this in mind when purchasing online.

Great company to deal with, this is the 3rd band I have bought from them for my Garmin. Would not use anyone else.

My experience with this company has been absolutely dreadful, so much so that I really find the number of five star reviews suspicious. My strap seemed fine at first, well below the quality the price would suggest and the colour quickly wore off but it held my Garmin on my wrist for slightly over a year. Then, one day out walking it felt loose on my wrist and I discovered that the buckle had completely detached from strap and dropped off. It was only by pure chance that I didn’t lose my watch, which would have cost £250 to replace.
I emailed them about it, not so much to request a replacement (it was outside the warranty in any case, and I would not trust another of their straps) but to make them aware of the issue. I have never had this happen with any other strap and while you expect the leather of a strap to wear with time, you do not expect the hardware to fall apart. Customers services never even replied.

Really appreciated Strapify noticing that I ordered an unusual strap width & was able to correct my order to the correct width. Sam the customer service manager was really helpful & super polite. Amazing service all round, thanks team 🙏

I wasn't sure about a bracelet fit, and used the human chat - the response was fairly quick, and was able to address my query quickly - so I really appreciate that.

I bought a strap which was faulty and lodged a return under Warranty. The process was really straight forward and their Customer Service Manager, Sam, contacted me within a few hours of lodgement to acknowledge my request and process the return - fantastic speed, especially given that it was a public holiday. I appreciated getting a bespoke response from a real person, rather than a cookie-cutter or auto-generated response.

Site has a great range and useful tool for making sure you get the right size.
And if you're like me and still manage to mess it up, exchanges are fast and easy!

Avoid Strapify. Very poor after sale service. I percieve that their returns policy is a scam in that if you purchase something and then request an exchange, they quickly send you an approval to return but then rather than giving you the return address with that, for only what I can believe is a deliberate ploy to deflect you they say you need to respond to the message to get the return address, but then never gave it to me despite multiple attempts requesting it.

What is funny, after I requested an exchange a second time they said as long as I give a review here, send them a snippet, then they will process my exchange - this is in breach of this site's policy in giving benefits for a review.

The products feel cheap and no-where match the price you pay.

I dont recommend buying from them. I am not giving up on getting my exchange.

I ordered a flexi silicone 22cm black band which arrived quickly. Unfortunately it was not the correct band for the watch. After some quick email communication it was all sorted and the new correct band was being sent out. Easy process with good communication.

Great service and product, prompt delivery.
I chose the wrong strap and the communication and service to replace = 5 stars.

I bought a band from Strapify for my Garmin watch, after the original band just wore out. It was delivered quickly, fitted perfectly, and feels just like the original band. I’ll now get at least another 5 years out of my watch!
