This was my first purchase through Strapify and being an older novice, I wasn’t sure of the sizing for my wife’s watch. After ordering, I received a follow up email to confirm my choice and the correct size.

Ordered a FKM Rubber strap and unfortunately got the size wrong. Customer service was very quick responding to my exchange request and are going to send me through the correct size. Great customer service.
