I placed order on 2nd September and received on 16th August...
two solo bands and a watch bumper to match one of them. One strap was not the same colour as on screen (the one that was supposed to match the bumper), and both were far too big.
I have asked for a refund and sent photos as requested to prove they are not fit for purpose.
They just keep asking for photos again or saying the have a system problem.
They say they will refund any problems within 30 days of ordering, they have delayed and delayed, so I am now past the 30 days. I do not hold out much hope of getting my £37 back

The watch strap delivered is not as advertised. I emailed them but no reply. The mechanism on the watch doesn’t work either, so the band falls off all the time.

I got my bands exchanged without any issues and they arrived very quickly.
Communication is great and clear.
The bands are very good quality

I ordered 2 month ago from them and the shipment is still in transit. I tried to contact them to refund my order but no answer! Very dissaponted, I lost around 50$

Quality of the products are amazing. Both the bands i ordered where exactly as shown in the image and i received the packages on time.

I was incredibly please to have an immediate response to my query and the level of professionalism in terms of urgency to rectify my problem. This is so often these days and buying online. I have purchase several times from Bandify and been please with the quick turn around and delivery. I am even more pleased that my query was valued and immediately sorted. This is rare and I would like to highly commend their business.

The product itself is very good. Unfortunately the service was incredibly bad. I initially ordered in mid-june from Canada, and while I was dubious about the “next-day dispatch” I didn't expect that i’d be chasing it for 2 months. In mid-July, after multiple email exchanges with a bot (I couldn’t get to a human), Bandify agreed the order was lost and re-shipped with a 10% credit to my credit card. By early August with the shipping still showing as “pending” I was again asking where the order was. No response other than from bots asking for more information (more than order number, address and date?). I gave up. I had planned to call my credit card to have them cancel the order when it finally arrived in mid-August.

If a company is not prepared to ship overseas, they should say so. If the order is possible but will take a month, indicate that. And when someone is still hunting for an order 2 months after ordering, put a human in the mix - or a more convincing bot.

Would absolutely not recommend for anyone outside Australia. I can’t speak to the domestic service.

I recently purchase a watch band for my Apple Watch. Their service and communications are beyond reproach. Communications with my queries were prompt, curteous and helpful.
The watch band looks great and highly recommend this company. As an extra bonus the range of watch bands are fantastic and upmarket.
Delivery was prompt and the quality is really upmarket.

I have ordered Milanese loop straight band,the quality is very poor is not even practical to wear it and it doesn’t properly hold and keeps coming loose,
Also i had very bad experience with tracking the order,it was showing the status as delivered,but i haven’t received anything,i had emailed so many places for whole day no one’s get back to me even their live chat didn’t even respond,at the end i have tried my tracking number on post office apps,which i found out delivered by post office,and were in wrong mail box!! No update from post office from beginning to end so to know that it’s been delivered by them

Ordered my loop watch bands and they didn’t take long to arrive. Love the colour range too. Very comfortable and not left with a sweaty wrist like the plastic wrist bands do

Incredible service. I ordered the incorrect size and emailed them. Couldn’t have been more helpful. So pleased with items also. My daughter recommended them.

I recently purchased two Milanese Loop watch bands and love them. They are comfortable and stylish and easy to fit!
The woven mesh looks sleek and perfect for day or night use. They feel smooth and light on my wrist and look great.
Shipping was fast, and the price is right, I would recommend these bands to anyone who would like to give their Apple watch a new look.

Don’t buy from this site, the watch strap I’ve just bought is the same as one I already have from SHEIN for a fraction of the price. It also took 3 weeks to arrive. I’ve tried to return it but customer service is none existent, no response to 2 emails so I’ve wasted over £20 for a really cheap watch strap

The products are dropshipped from Temu. Don't waste your money on this site, go direct to Temu if that's what you want. I wanted a nice, good quality watch strap for my mum's birthday, but this is not it - if I wanted a Temu watch strap I'd have got one myself!!

Excellent service, nice product

No way to get in touch with anyone at the company. They say they offer 30 day returns, but to qualify you have to contact them first, and there's absolutely no way to do so. Emails go unanswered, their chatbot offers no responses and their contact us page is a black hole.

Great Product & 5 star service....Replaced a product that was damaged in transit without question. Highly recommend

The colours are very deceiving. I purchased a wine coloured band and when it turned up it was a dark purple. Very disappointed.
