Lasoo.com.au Reviews

Excellent purchase. Very reasonable price and fast delivery, very very happy and satisfied customer.

order turned up 1 day early and I am happy with the said item.

The thing i asked were not done eg like having the item sent to the wh not to be delivered at home as i would not have been home for delivery abd very hard to contact them

I was sent 1 chest of drawers instead of the 2 I paid for.
No communication whatsoever, no email 2 let me know what was going on.
A week later the 2nd drawer showed up... I went through a week of stress and trying to find answers

I purchased the 3 door bathroom cabinet from Lasoo. The item was delivered promptly, the postage cost was very reasonable, and the packaging was outstanding. I liked it so much that I bought another one! Very good cabinet, and it's easy to put together and install. Everything lines up, and it's well made.

Very fast delivery and product as expected. Thank you

Been buying for awhile now and everything has been delivered in perfect condition and on time.

Got delivered the wrong product. Went around and around in circles with them asking me to provide details which I kept doing and got no where. Gave up in the end because they clearly weren’t going to help me. Will never shop with them again.

Well priced. Arrived fast. Excellent quality. I would use this company again.

Very quick delivery. Great product and fits perfectly in the pool

Best value for money when comparing prices. Fast delivery.

Ease in ordering online & quick delivery and
happy with the product.

Easy ordering, reasonable delivery time, and products as advertised. Would recommend your company.

Lasoo had a very good online process for purchase along with a secure payment system. Delivery time was acceptable for a large item and arrived undamaged. The Sale price was also good compared with their competitors. On the negative side was the limited information provided in the instructions manual, simply identifying the top and bottom of certain parts would have reduced the number of back steps to correct the build. Additionally, the provided polycarbonate inlays are extremely susceptible to being damaged and blown out of their housings due to the inferior wire brackets provided. This happened many times to us during and after assembly in winds as little as 5 klm.
As a suggestion for those who wish to purchase and construct the greenhouse be mindful to ensure the framework is square and plumb as polycarbonate sheeting differs in slotting neatly into the frames if not square. Finally the window provided is also susceptible to being affected by ant wind and on 3 occasions was blown along the track that hinges it so as to be only half way over the opening.
Final Word, I'll have to Strengthen this greenhouse and employ silicone to ensure that the first real storm to hit won't obliterate it completely.

Delivered in a timely manner, all good
