Cancelled order within 5 minutes
Holding onto this until
I hear back, mistakenly ordered a $689 outdoor setting, 7:30 on a Thursday night, cancelled the order within 5 minutes, only to be told the order has been picked, packed and is ‘on it’s way’ now being told that the courier gets booked at the time of order and l will need to pay a restocking fee of $124.38, even though l let them know within 5 minutes!! Not really sure how Aussie this company is.

Great Customer Service
I had 2 issues with my purchase. First one being user error, I paid for the wrong size bed. I called immediately after i realised what I’d done. Within minutes my issue was resolved.
Second, I put the bed together and the and parts missing as frustrating as was I emailed and within 2 days I received the parts.
Very happy with my purchase and the friendly and helpful customer service.
