Absolute cheats
Absolute cheats! Bought a set of bed-side drawers (Serene 2-Drawer Bedside Table Nightstand, white). On assembling it, I found that the drawers droop near 45 degrees when extended. On reporting the issue to them, they described the droop as *slight* and asked me to foot the cost of shipping and return, completely ignoring the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Absolute cheats and must be avoided.

I purchased a 2-in-1 Fitness Foldable…
I purchased a 2-in-1 Fitness Foldable Electric Treadmill Space Saver on 6th September and was super excited as it was for my father who needed a treadmill which was portable to stay fit. When the product arrived I followed instructions to assemble it and put it together. When the treadmill was ready i plugged in the cable and it displayed a error code 2 which as per the instructions stated Motor Damaged in Transit. I Sent an email to customer service and sent photos however email after email that it is being looked at by this department and that department they closed my case without letting me know and i have lost the $394.92 with no follow up from DSHOP customer care. This is absolutely ridiculous and a SCAM very unprofessional and not ownership of responsibility at all. Do not buy from DSHOP they do not care about consumers.
