you know i have had a great experience with Yellow Octopus

I did not receive my whole order. I paid express shipping and the items I did receive arrived on seperate days. I would have been better off using the free delivery service as it would have been faster. These Items were meant to be gifts. The mug I received had the postage label on the supposedly gift box so I could not use this box as advertised on their website. I had to buy a replacement gift for the item I did not receive. I am still trying to get a refund on my missing item and on express delivery.
WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Order a mug with a picture on it and the mug just came in a box not bubble wrapped or anything and the picture has chips in it

Christmas guaranteed delivery turns out to be, they'll accept a return if you pay for shipping after it comes days after Christmas.

Ordered their T. rex nightlight and paid for express shipping. Came within two days packaged really well so it wouldn’t break. Looks just as advertised and is such good quality. My son loves it.

My order arrived pretty quickly and with tracking so no complaints. Everything was all good but some things might night more padding in the future. Nice having a local company so many goodies. Keep up the great work guys and girls.

THE GIANT FLY SWATTER IS SURE BIG ALRIGHT, I HAVE USED IT ONCE SO FAR. ITS PRETTY GOOD BUT I FELT THE SWATTER PART COULD HAVE BEEN FIRMER THAN IT IS. BUT APART FROM THAT IT DOES WORK. THANKS. AND THE DELIVERY WAS FAIRLY FAST.

Good product but after paying express post, was advised by Aust Post that they weren’t providing the service at moment. Would of expected refund of difference of standard parcel rate
