Great customer service experience! I was confused that I hadn't been moved up from the free rewards membership after placing a order. I was connected to and had my questions fully answered easily within 5 minutes. I love Cider's clothes and this experience made me even more comfortable purchasing from them again.

Great clothes, slow shipping
I love the clothes and have not had a problem with quality. My problem is the shipping. It takes about 2 weeks. Even Fashion Nova is faster. My Cider order has been sitting in Chicago for days! Do not order anything if you need it quickly.

No Clothes received
Cider cancelled my order rather than shipping, reordered and they did it again. Loads of transaction fees on my account that they don’t refund and the order refund takes ages.
Ordered twice spent 176aed on fees and received no clothes. Customer service is predominantly useless AI and as of yet no humans.
