Fabric quality and stitching quality is far superior to other high street brands. The customer service is prompt with excellent after sales services for refunds and returns.

Amazing service

Commense continues to surprise me with great quality and well fitting clothing at a decent price. I am normally dissapointed by these online stores, like Cider, and never buy again. Commense is so much better! Great for workwear and vacation ware.

Pros: Very good customer communication, quick to respond to questions and offer options/discounts for delays. If things on your initial order don't fit, you get offered a full refund (but pay your own shipping cost to return items) OR a 50% store credit refund and you keep the items you'd planned on returning. I can see how some people would like this, others would not.

Cons: If you need to return anything purchased using the aforementioned store credit, tough luck. They are final sale. Another con is long shipping times, which are to be expected with an overseas seller. (An item I ordered June 9 was delivered July 22)

Overall, I was not impressed with the quality of construction or fabrics at Commense. A lot of cheap fabrics and poor construction. I regret almost all of my purchases. I won't shop here again but they are legit.

Quality and affordable. Loved what I bought stylish and a bit different. I bought a coord set and top was a bit small but customer service was great. A good experience and I would recommend,

Dress is beautiful but Belt was missing so the customer service is sending me a belt. They were quick to respond and get back to me.

Very nice items, the quality is really good, I ordered quite a few items and kept all but 1 item, the delivery time was pretty quick. I received a lot of compliments on my outfits.

I had an issue with contacting the company to process the return and they were very helpful and quick to respond. I will definitely order from Commense again.

Affordable and fashionable clothes

This company is so quick to resolve any issues that arise and offer fair, expedited returns and exchanges. Great experience with them and I absolutely love the styles of clothes!!

Love Commense! Their clothes are great and the customer service is fast and efficient.

I ordered 6 items. My order sat for over 10 days with no shipping update. Once I reached out, they finally shipped 5 items. The last item was shipped separately later on and never made it. The delivery service they used just decided not to deliver it to my apartment (no other issues with any other carriers) They "attempted delivery" twice. Commense told me it was my problem and I could go PICK THE ORDER UP from some random warehouse when I PAID for shipping. The item never made it and they never refunded my money. They also would never provide the info for me to return 2 items that didn't fit. Im out $150. Would never order from them again.

Excellent customer service. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful and accommodating! Their clothing is beautiful as well!
