Helpful support people and good products
Helpful support people and good products. But if buying multiple items, if one item is not in stock they don't put items aside. Rather, they pause the whole order. When the first item is in stock, one of the other items could have gone out of stock, and so on. So it can take a while to get the order and there is a risk of cancellation or removal of a discount that is dependent on a minimum value. The team is helpful but it can be stressful.
