A little disappointed with your return policy. Would have been nice to receive a full refund/credit as a good faith gesture since I have made countless orders over the past years and have never had to return anything. I will definitely be more hesitant in the future before placing an order knowing that if it doesn’t work, I will be out of pocket no matter what.

It was easy to buy, but would like to know an estimated delivery time.

This is my second time ordering from Rihoas and I can't wait for my order. I love their styles and decent quality for their price. The only issue I have, no shipment information 😎🫣 would be nice to receive notifications when the order is shipped and expected.

beautiful dress! for the high cost of it should of been sent wrinkle free.It is a mess of wrinkles and press lines from being in plastic for too long! slow to arrive too.

I love the dresses that I recently bought because they are a perfect fit for my body. I love the design, cut, material of RIHOAS products. They are all made out of great quality. The order service doesn’t take long and they always deliver right in front of your step. I would recommend this company to anyone because they truly care about their customers satisfaction and provide excellent services.

My second order with RIHOAS and I needed to return the dresses I purchased as they don’t quite fit comfortably. Return process is a pain. I’ve emailed to request a return and have received no response so far. I had this the first time I ordered also so just ended up re selling on Vinted.

Avoid it at all costs! The price of the product does not match at all with the material and the quality of the product. It's like buying Shein but at an expensive price. The return policy is a scam, the buyer is responsible for the return in USA which is not cheap at all

Poor stock management and slow communication. I placed my order well in advance for an upcoming holiday, only to be told a week later that one of the dresses I’d ordered couldn’t be shipped because it was the last one in stock and had a defect. While I appreciate they didn’t send a faulty item, waiting an entire week to tell me is unacceptable. It has now left me scrambling to find a replacement just days before my trip.

To make matters worse, the initial solution offered was store credit or choosing another item, despite this being an issue on their end. For a company selling occasion and holiday wear, better stock management and much faster communication are essential. A very frustrating experience.

Sizing is too small. Not meant for larger size women. Refund is a nuisance. Should be able to send back right away rather than emails !

I placed an order from the United Kingdom and received it on time, exactly as scheduled. However, when I requested to return the item, I encountered a very disappointing experience.

First, I was informed that I would have to cover the return shipping costs, which is understandable if the return address is within the same country or region.

What was completely unreasonable, however, was being asked to ship the return to an address in the United States. This makes the return process unnecessarily expensive and impractical for international customers.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to stay away from this brand. It genuinely feels like they stop caring about their customers once the payment has been made. If you need to return a product or require after-sales support, you're largely left to deal with it on your own.

No return policy. I received a cumbersome and un-customer friendly email trying to convince me not to return the item. Required me to pay for return shipping AND demanded I send the tracking number within 7 days. Would never buy from this company again. Quality and selection not worth it.
Rihoas does not stand by their products or honor American business practices. Must be a seller in China.

The dress that I ordered was not the same quality as the photo. Specifically , I paid around 50€ and I thought that I will get the same quality because the dress was satin .Unfortunately it was cheap fabric. The colour was okay. Although The shipment method and time arrival was perfect.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I placed my order on July 1, and as of today (July 17), it still has not arrived. Waiting over two weeks without receiving my package is unacceptable. I expected much faster delivery and better communication regarding the delay. Unfortunately, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.
