Simple, fast, easy to navigate. Only just ordered, cannot rate delivery, service, quality yet.

I purchased necklaces with nicknames for my daughters because I liked the bubble font. The 2 necklaces that I received do not look ANYTHING like the letters on the representative necklace photos on the website. They are flat across and really un bubble-like and unattractive! I wrote to request a refund and the company is refusing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You will NOT get what you ordered and they won't let you return it for a refund. All they will do is give you "store credit" but you won't want to buy anything afterwards b/c you can't trust that they'll send you what you ordered.

I ordered the bracelet with name and it is amazing! So beautiful! Above all my expectations!

I have bought from Olivia Jewelry before for my other Daughter and she loved her birthstone neckless and almost everyday someone would ask her where she got it from it is so beautiful.

A beautiful piece of jewellery personalised for my daughter. It does take a bit of time to arrive but it is worth it and she loves it!
