Very easy to choose what you want. Lovely birthstone colours. My daughter has bought me necklaces so I wanted to match them with a ring for my 3 children. Can't wait for it to come so I can wear them

From start to finish, a great experience

I have been looking for stackable rings. My husband passed away, and my wedding ring seems no longer needed. I chose my birth stone, his, and the month of our anniversary, to stack the rings and wear on my ring finger. It’s a peaceful transition, but still close to my heart.

Terrible communication in regards to delivery, takes forever to get delivered

I placed my first order with Olivia and love the four pieces I received (and quickly as well). Stunning pieces, well made, and sturdy clasps.

The stuff they sell is actually off of Temu. It’s complete junk…. Their customer service servicesdept is run by AI . It’s virtually impossible to get a refund because they say everything’s custom-made but it’s a piece of garbage. I had to file a complaint with my credit card to stop a payment because they are so corrupt here.

Hi, although I love the jewellery one of the bracelets is missing a birthstone. Which I purchased for a present. How do I replace this or get a refund?

I am so thrilled with my first Olivia Jewelry purchase. I’ve liked their pieces for awhile but hesitated due to the price. When I saw the IG sale I couldn’t believe the value of the promo! I jumped at the chance to order 4 pieces; the signature necklace & tennis bracelet, the carabiner charm necklace & the t-bar necklace. All of the pieces arrived in lovely boxes inside a fabric pouch. Perfect if you’re gift-giving. I am so pleased with the look of each piece as well as how well made they are. Another great perk was free shipping & no duties! Was looking for something a little different for my daughter’s upcoming birthday.

This necklace with her name and birth stone I’m sure she will love.

The selling point was the seller gave an around about time of delivery which others sellers don’t.

Necklace arrived as promised and in a very nice gift box, carefully opened box and necklace is amazing, I’m sure she will love it.

It was very easy and can’t wait to get my items.

Both bracelets came in beautiful packaging and fit perfectly. I ordered one with each birthstone for everyone my little family and the other with a jem I thought was a gorgeous color. They are both dainty and elegant, exactly what I was looking for, for everyday wear.

I purchased the beautiful name and birth stone necklace for my Cousins 65th birthday. It was delivered in a timely fashion and it was Gorgeous. She absolutely loved it and never takes it off. Held up through showering, swimming and much more. I plan to buy one or two more as gifts and or myself!!!

I received my order and lost the charm within 12 hours. I wrote to them hoping they would offer some sort of credit or a small refund but instead they offered a full replacement! It is incredible customer service like we don’t receive anymore. The team was also very fast to answer. I would hear back from them within 10 minutes of my request. Great customer service!
