I ordered a ring from Olivia Hayes jewellery in May and have only just received my parcel when it is almost September. Additionally after months of waiting I received the wrong ring that I ordered. I have had zero communication from the company after emailing multiple times, and am therefore unbelievably unimpressed with their products and customer service.

I will always adore this company, very on time shipping and fast customer service, nice qualities of products omg, will always buuy here.

Trying to tell me in countless emails that is the same thing even I have sent pictures with what I have ordered and what I have received from them!
That is their fault but still offering only 20% refund in their store credit.
Please do not order.

I order bracelet here and Its very. nice in actual.. Aesthetically made bracelet are my likes. the bangle is just right for my hands, very nice for every occassions. I got my orders and happily wears them always. I used it every date and it looks so stunning on my neck. The length of my chain is just right for myself.

Very obviously false advertising when you actually receive your order. I ordered a pair of what looked like beautiful earrings for my mother, and what I received looked absolutely horrendous — the paint job was trash, the shape was awful; not AT ALL what was shown on the website.

Good luck if you order from this company. Don’t trust the sales — it’s not worth it even with the steep discount. I wouldn’t pay even ten dollars for what I got.

I ordered the silver wave ring because it really is my favorite style. Present a look that is minimal and so classy, simple designs I like. The ring is thick but you know it is not hassle to move daily. You will not get hurt wearing this, because it is so comfy

They say it's handcrafted, thats why is sturdy. Can be last long, sturdy and very beautifully made not like others company, easily damaged at one use. This one is very thick and also so comfortable. It makes yours outfit complete
