Received my personalised ring and necklace last Friday from the store, took about 2 weeks from ordering is great given that they are custom pieces.

I haven’t noticed any tarnishing, the personalisation on the ring is on the inside so was hard to spot at first but it is very cute.

Abbie was really helpful in customer services with any questions I had, thank you Abbie you are fantastic :)

Me and my best friend got us matching birth stone rings, im obsessed with it and its my favorite ring. I always get compliments on it . The other day it broke out of no where and I was so upset I decided to reach out to customer service just to see if they could do anything for it and they are replacing the whole ring for me ! This showed me how much they cared about their customer and their product! I will forever recommend these rings ! Absolutely brilliant experience with this company. Ordered two rings which were beautiful when they arrived and looked more expensive than they were. Unfortunately they were too big for the recipient. Had to email to organise an exchange, very speedy and efficient service from someone called Humera. Free return label and as soon as I sent proof of posting Humera organised the replacements which arrived within a week. It’s rare to get such speedy, efficient and quibble free service these days and lovely products too which now fit perfectly.

Ordered a ring and it arrived quickly, when it arrived it was perfect but too small so I arranged an exchange easily and the communication & speed of exchange was fantastic! Great products and customer services!

I had ordered a ring and a necklace and for some reason, my necklace wasn’t in the box. Humera from customer service was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement necklace right away. Humera from Indigo Lune was very communicative, respectful, and assertive.

I bought a double stone ring about a year ago with my birthstone and my daughters. Unfortunately my birthstone fell off the ring. The customer service agent I emailed with, Humera, was quick to apologize and offered to send me a replacement ring or refund in a gift card. They were very kind and helpful!

Purchased a birthstone necklace and bangle. The birthstone necklace arrived with the incorrect stones. Humera helped me out and was able to reorder the correct necklace for me right away and let me hold on to the incorrect necklace. Great customer service!
