A lot of over advertising, and the chances of winning are really low, even if you spend more and more cash, and when you don’t have a lot of money, it’s hard to fork out for more numbers

So, I decided to sign up to Omaze and try my luck!

I started the subscription on 31.08.26, only to find out that they renew the subscription on the 1st of every month, meaning they would attempt to take another £20 from my account the very next day!

I emailed them in regards to this, asking why my payment couldn't cover me for the month of September, to which I received a simple response of "You can skip a month, here's how to do it."

(Not answering my question at all).
So what exactly did my payment of £20 on 31.08.26 pay for? Nothing apparently!

I made sure the money wasn't available in my account for them to take the next payment and I have since blocked any future payments from them on my banking app.

I have sent 3 emails over the last 3-4 days to chase this up... and I am still yet to receive a response!

Seems like one big scam to me. And I will be taking this further if I do not receive a response soon.

I cancelled the subscription almost 2 weeks ago and Omaze charged me anyway. The moment I got the charge, I went to the website and the subscription box was greyed out, not allowing me to interact with it because it was in the process of being set up again. But I DID NOT ask for it to be started, I had cancelled it 10 days before the charge was set to happen. There is no easy way to contact either and now I have cancelled again, unsure whether this will keep happening.

Did what I expected it to do. Not so keen on the waves of follow up emails but then I probably did not uncheck something

Still unsure re Omaze but is a way of supporting Charities. Do pay minimum monthly subscription but this increased and always pushing me to buy more entries so very money orientated.
Still cant answer how genuine it all is but interesting concept

I know I might never win one of their amazing properties, but it is nice to dream about it, and my “donation” toward my dream house goes to good causes. You have to be in it to win it!

Like to dream of the lovely houses. Good for charities but don’t feel it is transparent about the money, chances of winning etc. Been doing for 6 years but starting to stop my subscription more as feels expensive and more than I spend on lottery tickets. Feel you are pushed to buy more for extra prizes which are expensive.

I havent been lucky enough to win any big prize as yet but am very happy to surport their Wonderful Charities

Extremely frustrating experience with Omaze.

I have cancelled my subscription multiple times, yet somehow it keeps appearing as ACTIVE again and they continue attempting to take payment from my account.

This has now happened for the THIRD month in a row.

The first couple of times, I genuinely thought I might have done something wrong when cancelling. So this time, I specifically took a screenshot confirming that my subscription had been successfully cancelled.

And yet, here we are again: the subscription is active and another payment has been attempted.

Even worse, when I now try to cancel AGAIN a subscription that I had already cancelled, the cancellation page gives me an error and I can’t complete the process.

At this point, this is beyond frustrating. A customer should not have to repeatedly cancel the same subscription every month, especially after receiving confirmation that it has already been cancelled.

Making it easy to subscribe but seemingly impossible to stay unsubscribed is an extremely concerning way to treat customers.

I have kept screenshots and evidence of the cancellation and payment attempts, and I have now contacted Omaze asking them to investigate why this keeps happening and to permanently cancel the subscription.

Be very careful and keep screenshots if you decide to cancel your membership.

Easy to enter and clear explanation of terms and conditions

I have been on a paid subscription for just over a year now. To my surprise, I've won! I still cannot believe it. I am debt-free now thanks to OMAZE. Thank you.

I've tried and tried to find a way to get in touch with maze, they have taken a payment of £10 without my knowledge, and today (3 days later) I got a notification from my bank as I was watching TV that a payment of £15 was paid to omaze, without me even going on the site, but its impossible to try and get in touch with them, its ridiculous,, I DONT TRUST THEM, AND I WANT A REFUND

If this company had a contact number or helpline, I would rate them higher, The fact they haven't makes me very suspicious. I would love to regularly play but due to my age and the medications I have to take means that I am unable to understand how to enter. I welcome a contact from them ... I won't hold my breath though!!!!

Getting expensive… offer you 50% off if you cancel… why not always at 50%. Have switch to a competitor that offers cash alternative so you dont lose half if you sell it. Some locations are not liveable unless you do not need an income
