I bought tickets for ONE draw but seem to be now paying a subscription I didn’t want and cannot get out of because their website tells me they’re still building my account. There is no contact number to get in touch, IM STUCK !!!😡😡😡
Unless you want a subscription, STAY CLEAR!!!!

It was all going well until they stole from me. I made a one off payment for the previous months draw in August, which I had previously and paused, I did also pause the subscription for this month, October 26, however these thieving labia have helped themselves to another £15. I’m not rich, was not expecting that money to be taken, was only using this card as a one off payment use and they have helped themselves. What makes it worse is there doesn’t appear to be any easy way to speak to them, all by design I’m sure. Their site doesn’t have any contact info on it from what I can see and their FAQs doesn’t cover my query but definitely covers every other vague query you can think of, no one has ever had payment issues.

I cancelled my subscription after speaking to someone at Onaze.
Surprisingly they’ve removed their number from the internet.
They have taken £15 from my account without my permission.
Cancelled last month and cancelled the subscription with my bank too.
I have not re-subscribed.
Omaze have stolen £15 from my bank without my authority.
Given that I have no contact telephone number for them I’m complaining publicly here on Trustpilot,
My next port of call is the police and the fundraising regulator.
The Jennifer Saunders ad does not impress me. Probably why you had to rob me of £15 to pay her fee.
Maze you better dirt this out and get my money out back in my bank account.
How come charities are acting like mafia thugs extorting money from cancelled subscriptions.
I’m absolutely disgusted.

Getting fleeced by this "charity"
You are taking a "subscription renewal" every month at £15 per month.
At no point did I ever agree to this payment, which QUADRUPLES the agreed monthly amount.
I expect better from a company claiming to be all about charity.
I want the extra money refunded
Subscription renewed itself
Subscription renewed itself after I cancelled before the date of billing.
Cancel button is now greyed out and blocks me from cancelling.
Anti-consumer and destructive practice. Help charity by actively scamming people? okay good job guys.
Stop sending me subscriptions !!!!!
I have written by email. I don’t know how many times to ask you to stop sending me subscriptions. You’re driving me mad will you STOP

I am somewhat confused?
I am somewhat confused? The house on offer on my phone is a property in Cornwall, the property advertised on tv is in Bath? Please explain.

I didn’t ask for the email I received so why did I get it? And it doesn’t have an unsubscribe button on the email so I will more than likely get more 😤
The website is the worst
The website is the worst. I buy an entry, takes my money and then shows nothing in the entered section. So around and around we go. I even updated my account info. It accepted the changes, but when I checked my details it's not showing any updates.
I checked my bank and Omaze has taken the money. I feel that this whole thing is a scam. Plain and simple.

Their marketing tricks are clever
Played this for 2/3 years won a handful of prizes in the beginning of between £25, £50 in the beginning it was a gift card the you could you on anything.
But then it changed and it was winning that to just use on their website to get more tickets so really winning nothing such a con...
The next thing that annoys me with this place is they use charity with everything but don't be fooled of good intentions cause it's not its advertising making you feel good for a charity where the charity ceo director is on a 200/300k salary charities are businesses used for tax relief.
The deception and corruption is everywhere, keep you wishing, wanting, dreaming while being stuck in poverty and take as much money as they can from you with temptation.

I’ve been subscribed for a while and not being entered to competitions.
I’ve been subscribed for a while. I often don’t check the website because I assume I will get an email if I win something.
I went own a couple of months ago and there were no entries on the house. They said sometimes it’s a glitch in the site and not to worry it will refresh. I’ve come in again today and it says no entries. I don’t believe this is a glitch and biw assume I am paying for a subscription and not being entered into the competitions. I’m going to unsubscribe and save my £15 as I don’t trust this site any more.

30AUG2026 - devious practice - lost faith
30AUG2026: you click on SINGLE PURCHASE - and are dumped straight into a SUBSCRIPTION COMMITMENT.
Sharp practice - not acceptable
Constantly Excellent
I am constantly reminded that this prize draw supports tremendous charities EVERY month and does so in a manner that both brings the charities work into focus and provides a guaranteed £1000000 donation EVERY month to EACH charity. Well done.
