The package arrived exactly on time
The package arrived exactly on time. No problem at all. However the box was inadequately secured and open at the top! I wasn’t sure ( until I opened it up properly) whether or not everything was secure inside!! As it happens all the elements were there. I’ve taken a photo but don’t know how to show it to you. Anyway — all is well!!😊

The delivery was on time. The information and help you receive from Voy is outstanding!! The app is brilliant and is clearly there to help, not just deliver medication and leave you to it like other companies do.
I have also received tablets in case I suffer from other complications (sickness and stomach issues) to help me through if I require them. Well done Voy.

I’m not very good at computer access, hate chat bots, didn’t find it helpful, the page locked… disaster and I wanted to cancel untill an actual human responded, sorted me out and got me started.

I got ‘me’ back!
Having struggled to get the care I required through my GP I came here. Whilst I initially had an issue with blood test getting lost in the post Voy resolved that quickly and without extra charge. I was seen by a specialist doctor who gave me holistic advice and confirmed that my experience and understanding of my need was right. In initially went for testosterone to supplement my current HRT but moved all my HRT treatment to voy. The recommendation that was made was specific to me and not based off a flow chart. It’s been a month on my new regime and I feel like me again with all the energy and get and go I was lacking. Having on hand support and up to date evidence based advise has made a difference to my me and my family. Clear pricing and no hidden costs means it’s easy to manage with no additional mental load or needing to wait weeks or months to speak to a dr. Highly recommend.
