I have been playing for about 5 weeks and invested a bout £25 and I won a prize 🏆 20 p yes twenty pence well don’t laugh I have never won anything before in competition so a win is a win right
Absolutely spot on customer service and 100% legit site
Been playing for the past week whenever I had some change burning in my pocket and from £5 I won a Steam Deck 1TB worth £779.
Can 100% say that these guys and gals are legit as they come, even though Steam aren’t stocking my prize right now, there was no need to worry after a few messages I was fully compensated.
Big thanks to Sam who at messed up the pricing but when I queried it he apologised said I was spot on and 5 minutes later the full amount was in my bank account.
Top notch service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I've been playing for a while and understand betting and odds so my expectations of winning are realistic.
But when you need help, the 'support' team are rude, demeaning and disparaging, and they are unwilling to offer or investigate. Awful, nameless, faceless individuals.
Using my usual user name and log-in I entered a draw, always chose ApplePay, and expected a new window to open with the ApplePay option.
But on this occasion the ApplePay icon appeared in the 7days app and I tapped and paid for my bet.
The next thing I'm asked for a password so I
added my password and got a confirmation - in the email account associated with my Apple ID. Another account had been created.
The bet/entry did not appear in the entry list of my long-standing account so I logged onto 7days in another browser using my Apple ID email and there were my entries.
I emailed the Help/support email address reporting this incident and after quite some time I got a rude reply rebuking me for having two accounts and demanding I remove one account.
I replied explaining what happened and an equally rude reply stating that this was not possible and I'm the bag actor for opening a second account.
The tone of 7days reply was rude and disparaging and their utter refusal to acknowledge this had happened left me worried about the site security and any desire to investigate potential problems.
To make things worse, 7days starting spamming me with text messages and emails to my Apple ID account and I couldn't access the account
to uncheck the comms settings so I've reported them as spam.
I now enjoy another similar site and cannot recommend 7days because of their horrible attitude to long-standing customers.
What a load of shit wouldn't waste your money you only ever win 30p 20p 60p site credit they probably give the good shit to there pals crap site
Won a silver bullion bar on instant game and was delivered within a couple of days excellent 👍
I recently discovered 7 Days and am pleasantly satisfied with my winnings; I haven't won a big prize yet, but hope never dies.
7 DAYS PERFORMANCE, WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE.
I entered the draw for the VW GOLF R BLACK EDITION & VW TIGUAN R or £60k cash alternative on Friday 28th August.
Didn’t give my entry another thought until I’d missed a couple of calls on my phone & then a text message from SAM.
What can I say I’d won the competition,I’m totally blown away.
Sam & the team,I can’t thank you enough, it’s a life changing opportunity for me & I'm eternally grateful.
For those of you out there who think these sites are scams , THEY ARE CERTAINLY NOT.
I’ve already received my prize which was dealt with promptly & professionaly.
As they say You’ve go to to be in it to win it.
100% recommend these guys from my experience & also people I know.
Thanks again guys.
Russell South.
I would like to update my experience because, unfortunately, the situation has become even more concerning.
On 28 August, I purchased entries for a competition with 7days Performance. The £6.50 payment was successfully taken from my bank account, but I never received my ticket numbers, any confirmation email, and the purchase did not appear anywhere in my account or previous entries.
I contacted the company, and they replied confirming that they had checked my account and that there were no tickets allocated to me for the VW Golf/VW Tiguan competition. They even asked whether I had used a different email address.
I explained that I had NOT used another email address and sent them clear evidence from my bank showing the payment to 7days Performance on 28 August. I also explained that I later made another purchase using exactly the same account and email address. That time, everything worked correctly: I received the confirmation email, received my ticket numbers, and the entry appeared in my dashboard.
What concerns me most is that after I provided evidence of the payment, they stopped responding to me. So far, nobody has explained where my £6.50 went, why I was charged when they say no tickets were allocated to me, or what ticket numbers I should have received.
The competition had already taken place, which means I cannot verify whether my paid entries were actually included in the draw or compare my numbers with the winning number because I was never given those numbers in the first place.
I am not claiming that the company has committed fraud, as that would need to be established through the appropriate investigation. What I can state is exactly what happened to me: I was charged, I did not receive my entries, the company itself confirmed that it could not find any tickets allocated to me, and after I provided proof of the payment, I received no further explanation or response.
Because this remains unresolved, I will now have to provide the documentation to my bank and ask them to investigate the transaction and advise me on the appropriate way to dispute it.
I am sharing my experience so that other customers can be careful. Keep your confirmation emails, screenshots of your ticket numbers, competition history and bank transactions.
I have kept evidence of everything described in this review, and personally, this experience has left me with serious concerns about the transparency of the process.
I hope the company responds publicly or contacts me directly and provides a clear explanation of exactly what happened to my payment and my competition entries.
I’ve won many things on 7 days! It’s pot luck, you can’t expect to win if you buy 1 ticket, over time you will!
Amazing when people win things and you don't see it on their social media.
No arguments with the competitions . BUT please be aware of the usual auto subscription when entering the competitions because they'll enter you and take your money automatically for the next. I like thousands of other people are experiencing this with no end of companies these days. They say they make it clear BUT their clear is totally different from a REALISTIC clear. They will then insult you by kind of saying 'its your fault you can't read properly'.The government needs to clamp down on it. It's similar to dodgy private parking firms who claim they made it 'clear'. It's another way of getting your bank details and money!
It is incredibly easy to overlook how a one-off ticket purchase turns into a recurring charge. On 7days Performance, the Dream Home subscription model is heavily tied to their ticket discount marketing. When buying heavily discounted tickets or bundle deals, a few design elements make the recurring subscription easy to miss:1. The "Discount" Hook - To get the best price per ticket, the site prompts you to unlock special rates. For example, their campaigns guarantee a 10% discount on every Dream Home ticket if you choose the automated route. The focus of the button or checkout toggle is usually on the immediate savings (e.g., "Save 10% now"), which pulls focus away from the fact that it opts you into a subscription.2. "Auto-Entry" Hidden in the Perks - The subscription is marketed as a convenient feature so you "never miss a draw" for their bi-monthly or monthly property raffles. At checkout, choosing a "Jackpot Bundle" or a "Subscriber Exclusive" tier pre-selects recurring billing. The text explicitly authorises them to automatically deduct the entry fee at your selected interval (weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly).3. Pre-Ticked Boxes or "Set and Forget" Settings - Like many modern competition platforms, the option to turn a one-time purchase into a subscription can be a small toggle or a pre-checked box during the payment stage. If you are clicking through quickly to grab an allocation before a draw closes, it's very easy to accept the terms without realizing you are signing up for a continuous direct debit.
What I can't understand is why people give this company one star because they have spent hundreds and not won anything, it's a raffle, a bit of fun, spend what you can afford and if you win it's a bonus.
Won on 7 Days tonight thinking I’d won £8… because I genuinely never win anything!
Looked again and realised it was actually £8,000!!!
From “oh well, £8 is better than nothing” to EIGHT THOUSAND POUNDS!!!
I NEVER WIN… so you can imagine my face when I realised!
Thank you so much
after spending hundreds on the website and winning just other site credit to keep playing i can deffo say just put your money on ISA shareholders account instead . odds of winning are same as Lotto and money not going to any other good cause .
Spent hundreds won nothing even the spins are scams you will win max 20% back of what you put down

My partner and I was soo lucky to win a car and a camper and 7 days were absolutely fantastic, professional, informative and everything ran very smoothly. Highly recommend and thank you so much. Wendy Eastoll
I was so surprised when I receive the email telling me that I had won the Ninja air fryer!
It was an easy transaction to get the item shipped.
Thank you 7 days performance team 🙏
Unbelievable experience with 7 Days Performance winning the Java Green G87 M2. When "The Call" came through it honestly felt like a scene from a movie. Can't thank the good folk of 7 Days Performance enough!
Entry could not be easier and draws are fully transparent with the number of tickets sold and maximum number for the draw. Winners are notified immediately and given the option of a cash alternative, which I chose. The money was in the bank the following morning. Very impressive.
