The process was fairly easy to navigate, it had been a while. I was quite surprised by the difference in cost to 18 months ago. Getting 2.5 bags for what I paid for 5k bags, but such is life. Tastes much better these days, so an improvement on the flavours.

Using V12 has been a pleasant experience. The app is useful for making early payments for the furniture we purchased. I’d have scored higher had it allowed me to save my bank details or use Apple Pay. A small annoyance having to enter details each time but not anything to deem the service negative in any way. Overall, a good service.
