Slechte service

Original eyewear. Competitive prices. Fast shipping and great availability.

Update:
I received the sunglasses on July 1. On July 15, I requested to return the sunglasses. So, formally, I was one day late.

However, Blickers no longer gave me the opportunity to return the sunglasses. Exchanging them for a different color was not allowed either.

Just one day late, Blickers...one day. To me, this shows very little understanding and poor customer service.

Brilliant price for my Prada…

Brilliant price for my Prada sunglasses. As others have said delivery was longer than some places, just over a week in my case but more than happy considering the price difference compared to other retailers. Great communication, would recommend and buy again.

We would like to clarify that all returns are processed and refunded accordingly. However, please note that the return must first arrive at our warehouse in Spain and be inspected before the refund can be issued.

Once the item is received and verified, the refund is processed without delay.

Bought a pair of Raybans they got…

Bought a pair of Raybans they got faulty after a few weeks but this company is full of excuses why it’s not their fault to either refund or replace steer clear not worth using totally rubbish
BLICKERS please don’t hide behind saying you reviewed the case as a optician confirmed the barrel was larger then the screw used which is a manufacturing fault and I have in writing from yourselves asking my to get a bigger screw put in or glue the existing one after only having the product for a few weeks. You sell rubbish !!!

Avoid! Damaged items and no customer support

Product arrived damaged, and I contacted customer support for a return label. They told me they would take care of it, after which I did not hear anything from them anymore. I have paid for a return label myself to send the defective product back. Avoid!

Update: Interesting that my case gets reviewed and answered after a bad review on Trustpilot. Item has been returned, please refund me my money.
