Mistakes can happen, it’s how they fix them and they did ok
I ordered some Ray Bans with a prescription lens. Order process was quick and easy. Delivery was quick …. but quality control had not been done as one lens was coated with anti reflective coating and the other had not….making them very odd to wear. The return process was ok and the glasses were delivered yesterday and they are now what i wanted. So overall good but the process to fix them took over a month, 6 weeks from initial order to actually wearing them. comms in this period was lacking.

Damaged goods with no option to return!
I purchased a pair of sunglasses, first time wearing them realised they wear damaged and the frame was super wide and unwearable, sent and email and had no reply for a week, after going on live chat was told there was nothing they could do! What a waste of money and terrible customer service!
